"For a budget stay, this was great. The hosts were friendly and helped me out with all I needed. Ideal for someone who wants a cost effective stay with the basics taken care of. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Bed wasn't very comfortable but was fine, I still slept ok. Overall, I would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return if needed in the future."

The main thing is that the place was immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and caring and the breakfast is spot on! Lovely feel to the whole place. Comfy beds and a very good heating system. "A lovely quiet setting, but easily accessible by car. The twin room I had was a bit tight, but everything worked. Breakfast was nice, sociable at one large table. However.... I made the mistake of following the Hotels.com map to the accommodation, which took me to an entirety different location, so I had to drive a further 25 minutes from home - I would not have booked Bluebell Farm had I known this. Bluebell Farm is NOT in Upton Snodsbury!!"

Might be worth adding some soundproofing between rooms 2 & 4 to help minimise this. Breakfast bags were brought to the room at the requested time and were thoroughly enjoyed.
