"Nice walk around the lake, and about a 4km walk to the beach if you are keen. A short drive to the best of Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, so location wise very good if you have a car. Modern facilities in the complex are good, as it's less than 10 years old. Pool is too small if there a few guests using the facilities at the same time, and too small for the size of complex unfortunately. No great common area or rooftop facilities.
