Both guest bedrooms include plush queen beds, while the guest bathroom has a water closet with a walk-in shower. The kid-friendly loft holds a twin-sized bunkbed as well as a small TV with a PlayStation 2 and games.

Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the complex lot. (Vehicles must be moved every 24 hours in the winter months for snow removal.) Street parking is not available.

This rental does not have air-conditioning; a portable AC unit that lives in the loft and fans in each bedroom provide cooling as needed in summer months.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

The electric grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.

great comfortable place
7 friends stayed there 4 nights. Main reason was Tahoe Nalu SUP race. But we also hiked and went to concert in Tahoe city. Condo was nice and roomy and the porch furniture was a plus as the weather was nice. Great location.

Great space and location
This is such a cute place. There is so much space. We had 6 people and there was tons of room. The location is great as it is close to Northstar and grocery stores, etc. It was very clean except for 2 things. There was a giant puddle of water in the kitchen and ashes in the fireplace from the prior occupants. We got a hold of the property manager the first night but they didn’t send someone out until the middle of the second day to mop up the water. Other than that, the place was perfect!

Cozy home with lots of room
We stayed in this lovely home for a nice weekend in July. Temperatures were about 85. There’s a small portable AC unit upstairs (which is better than most units this age have), but I suggest leaving the windows open at night then closing everything up in the morning. We made good use of the nice complex pool. You could tell this unit was on the “older” side, but you really didn’t feel it. The appliances were new and everything was really clean, which we appreciated. This unit worked great for our group of 6 - the kids had their choice of places to crash between the pullout couch to the bunk beds in the loft. We’d definitely stay here again! Additionally, there was an unforeseen issue when we arrived that delayed our entry. The Vacasa team was responsive and on-hand for the situation. We really appreciated how kindly they accommodated us.

Better in person, great location
We spent our time between Northstar (mountain biking) and Kings Beach so this was a great location. The condo looks better in person and had the most comfortable beds and pillows of any place I've stayed. Big couches, loft area for the kids was great. They kitchen is stocked with a lot of plates & spices which was nice since we cooked a lot of meals in.

That's Okay but not for me
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in good location but hard to communicate with the host and the amenities listed were not available. No Sauna and it was locked. No light on entry and hard to open the door with 10 digit code. The house was freezing cold on arrival and we had to have Jacket on for three hours until we get some heat. Flies all over the house and we had to deal with them in three days. If you are looking for privacy, don't go here because there is no master bed and you need to share the bathroom. The fire place is wood burning so have some with you especially on arrival and freezing cold winter. We won't go there again because of the above reason. We couldn't find the host to say Thank you at the checkout.!!!

Beautiful getaway close to everything
The experience overall was great! I can’t think of anything really to complain about, except some of the games missing pieces. TurnKey also set the expectation of a possible early check-in/late check-out but not knowing until 24 hrs. before, and then saying it’s not possible (which I don’t know why—an hour later check-out would’ve been nice & I didn’t see any cleaning/maintenance people waiting for us upon check-out). Also, there’s central fan & heat, not central AC. The loft (w/bunkbeds) has portable AC hooked up to the window—but each room had a fan so it never got uncomfortably hot. The rental also shares a wall w/a neighbor, but we didn’t have any problems (though it would’ve been nice to not worry & be as loud as we want). However, everything else was great & I’d recommend this stay. Check-in process was seamless. TurnKey e-mailed & texted a few times prior with location directions, key code info, answered all of my questions promptly (except for 1 about internet speeds that took 2 weeks to answer & I had to follow up—some of us had to work @ the rental). The rental had everything we needed & pretty much fully stocked: kitchen appliances, dishes/utensils, foil/ziplock, electric outdoor grill, extra bed sheets, abundance of towels/pool towels, detergent/dish soap, washer/dryer/dishwasher, etc. Rooms/linens looked clean. They should update the loft bunks b/c 1 adult (maybe 2) can fit per bunk (better than pictured on Vrbo). The loft is geared towards kids, which our 10yr. old loved. Pool access was great, we used it twice. 10-15 min. from beach, Safeway, & zip-lining/aerial adventure park which was extremely convenient. There’s also a 3 mile-ish mountain biking trail nearby which was fun to run (it would’ve been cool if there were bikes available in storage)! Upon check-out, they ask you to run a load of towels which we had no problem doing. Overall I’d stay here again!

I let them know upon check in that we couldn’t find these items and was fed a bunch of lines. The last night of our stay, we were given a garbage bag full of mop pads to use as wash clothes ? Bizarre and unprofessional.

Has two balconies that we enjoyed sitting on at night and a bonus loft that the kids absolutely LOVED!
