"This was a clean, efficient and unexpectedly spacious room. I thought the square footage listed when booking it was an error. However, I ended up getting my own room while my kids got their own TV and fold out couch. Its within walking distance of Wegmans and has a kitchen stocked with basic needs. We saved a bunch of money buying groceries and cooking in. Honestly, this hotel was the highlight of our time in Fburg. The only mark against it (if I had to find one) is the "bog" of standing water...

"I had read a lot of mixed reviews so I was a little skeptical but the room was not bad it was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave and it’s right on the boardwalk in front on the beach the only complain I have is that you can hear people from the other rooms hard to sleep with so much noise we stayed on the bottom floor."

"The mom and pop hotel which was just taken over a couple of years ago was exactly what I needed. The rooms were clean and my stay was quiet and comfortable. I was very happy with everything considering I read some old reviews about this place. The owners are wonderful people and strive to make your stay the best.
