Of note, the private rooms are on the fifth floor accessible by a steep, narrow staircase - we needed to repack ski bags for our flight the next morning and it was a struggle to get them to our room. "I came for a snowboarding trip to Rusutsu and Youtei 2 was a great place to stay because it’s very close to the gondola, excellent facilities for snowboarders, hot showers, laundry machines, friendly and helpful staff, and very convenient to 7-11.
