Vehicle was clean and comfortable and the drive into the city uneventful. Upon arrival at the hotel we were made to feel more than welcome, checking was quick and we were shown to our room. Although it was smaller than most we have stayed in it was very clean and not rundown in appearance. The staff was more than helpful in providing an explanation if the area and directions to various places in the vacinity. Checkout was equally easy and transport made available to the cruise port. Anyone planning a trip to Colombo I would definitely recommend staying here. "
