Gorgeous Lake View - 365 Days Out of the Year! Our ground-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, is perfect for your party of eight or less. The master suite, with its own private view of the lake, comes with a luxurious queen bed and updated bathroom. The guest room comes equipped with two queen beds and a full private bathroom. The living room has a full-size couch with two cozy recliners to make your stay even more relaxing.

Enjoy your well-deserved vacation by starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on our private covered patio, while taking in the gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake, known for its majestic scenery and great fishing. When you're finished, spend the day on any of the many local golf courses, Ledgestone is just a short drive away! The famous Dogwood Canyon is just a quick 15-minute trip from the condo and a must-see! Take a trip back to the 1880s at Silver Dollar City (just 15 minutes away) where this world-famous park has plenty of thrilling rides, shows, and delicious food for the whole family! You could enjoy White Water, rent a boat or a jet ski from Kimberling City Marina to cruise Table Rock Lake, or even go parasailing! Not interested in boating? Head on over to Moonshine Beach for some fun in the sand and swimming in Table Rock Lake. We’re also just a quick 20-minute stroll from the Branson "strip" (Highway 76) and all other major Branson attractions, wineries, restaurants, award-winning shows, shops, and more.
We’re so close to everything, yet just off the beaten path to avoid heavy traffic.

KITCHEN
This beautiful kitchen has everything you need for your stay. From appliances (a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), to cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, you have everything you need to cook at home if you choose. Why not eat on the patio while watching the boats stroll by? But keep in mind that Branson is home to many wonderful restaurants. Check out TripAdvisor for the top ten local faves!
A high chair is available and mounts to the dining table.

BEDROOMS
Each of our three queen beds has an immaculate setup that's laundered before each guest arrives. You can rest in style and know that your bedding is as clean as it is at home! There is a TV located in each bedroom as well.
The master bedroom closet contains a Pack-n-Play for your tiny travelers.

BATHROOMS
There are hairdryers in both bathrooms. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay.

WASHER/DRYER
A stackable washer and dryer set is available, so you can do laundry during your trip.
2 loads of laundry soap/dryer sheets are available with each stay.

POOL
There is an outdoor pool available for all guests, during warm Spring/Summer/Fall days. Typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends.

CONDO EXTRAS
This condo has a flat-screen Smart TV with high-speed Internet. When you’re looking for a little downtime, we have a deck of cards, UNO, a puzzle, and a couple of games available.

Peaceful getaway.
The condo and the scenery were beautiful and close to everything. We had a wonderful time and will return again soon. The manager of the condo was very kind and considerate, and answered all our questions. Thank you, for a wonderful getaway.

Review
The smell as we walked in the door smelt like weed. The bed in master bedroom was absolutely horrible! Very uncomfortable. The shower still had pubic hair in it and very little body wash in that shower and none in the other one. There was only 1 scoop of coffee left in the cabinet. I would never recommend this property to anyone and will never stay at this property again.

Off season is lovely
I was happy with this place. The view was fabulous and it was quite serene. I'm sure the lake is quite busy in the summer but we enjoyed the quiet of the lake in early March. The beds were quite comforable and the very close proximity of the local grocery and great bakery was an added plus.

Perfect!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lakeside condo! We had never stayed in Kimberling City before, but now it’s the only place we want to stay when traveling to the area! It is the perfect place to enjoy both the quiet calm of a small lakeside town but also be close enough to Branson to get there quickly. The condo was so beautiful and homey—the owners thought of everything you might need! The view is gorgeous and the updated features inside made it even better! We were incredibly impressed and plan to book a weekend away again sometime soon because of how much we enjoyed our time there! If you’re looking for a quiet, modern, cozy, beautiful place to stay as a couple or with your family, this is it!

Great property
The property is exactly what is shown. The only issue we had is the unit number wasn't included so that made finding it difficult. Make sure you have 2 sets of numbers when checking in. It's a well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook anything. The porch overlooking the water is so peaceful. The beds are soft and bouncy- not my favorite but far from the worst I've slept in while traveling; they are at least plush and had ample pillows. Lots of blankets to use while on the couch and everyone enjoyed the recliners. We would stay here again.

Beautiful morning view.
Property was as listed. A couple issues that were not addressed by Host. One call, one text, no response from Host. We had someone open the front door as we slept on our first night that made us feel insecure for the rest of our stay. We then became uncomfortably aware that the Rear slider lock was broken, and because the front door security code is stupidly simple, our stuff inside the unit was not safe while we were out exploring. If those items ever get fixed, we’d go back. The unit was clean and comfortable. And, close to everything. Super quiet. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful Condo!

Breathtaking lake views and Comfortable Beds! 😃
If you want a lakefront property for your next getaway, look no further! We were planning our first trip to Branson and first time getting out after a crazy last year and saw this cute condo on the lake. And booking it was the best decision ever. The condo was clean and there was a lot of attention to detail about guests' comfort. We have not had such a relaxing vacation in a long time and a lot of the credit goes to the comfortable mattresses and beds! You spend a long day being out and about in the city and when you get back to your hotel/condo you find bad mattresses.!! Well it was NOT the case here. And that helped us recharge each day and made a huge difference to out stay. Plenty of pillows in each bedroom and large cozy blankets. Kitchen was well stocked and they even left some condiments line ketchup, mustard, butter and coffee creamer in the fridge for guests. There is a coffee brewer as well (filters and ground coffee www provided). All the important kitchen tools were available so if you wanted to cook or bake, that would be easy. I did message the owner about about not having microwaveable dishes and she said she was going to take care of that immediately. There was a Smart TV in each room so you can connect your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account and get on with your bingeing 😆. We enjoyed the lake views every day and it was very peaceful and quiet. We reached there on a Wednesday and there were not a lot of people around. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. But over the weekend, some spots were occupied. It was the tail end of Spring Break so we got lucky on most days. There is a a grocery store right outside the neighborhood along with a few places to eat and a gas station around the corner. (Good convenience) We drove each day to the Branson Strip and it took us 25 minutes to get there which was fine because we didn't want to be down there so preferred this drive. We took a day trip to Eureka Springs and this condo location was just right to hop on MO-13 (good scenic drive). Other items to note: It took us some time to find the condo the first time we got there but plug in the lat-long info (provided on your listing here) in your Google Maps and it will take you right to it. (Versus using the actual address.) The neighborhood is secluded and we didn't see anyone while we were there but it was safe (electric, keyless entry doorlock ) Our family loved this condo and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful view and nice property
The condo was a nice property, however some of the amenities or things I might have expected were not there. The bath soap bottle ran out after two showers and we were there for 4 days. The hairdryer was broken and not working. The lamp beside the bed didn't turn off and I had to just unplug it. We had one kitchen towel and rag. I'm into details and little touches.

Beautiful view of the lake. Clean, comfortable and furnished nicely. The location is great with tasty places to eat nearby. Branson was not too long of a drive. The three of us had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay this week in this lakefront with an absolutely beautiful lake-view from the main living area and master bedroom. We have already booked another stay prior to leaving. Lake view was perfect
The photos are accurate. You have a great view of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City bridge. The condo is nicely equipped. We were grateful for condiments in the refrigerator. But Dollar General is a very short drive away for last minute necessities. Parking was close to the door. I did have a guest who wanted to walk at the lake shore. This wasn't easy to do. The pool was well maintained with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we had a nice couple nights.
