"While off a busy road, it's situated in an area that is walkable to a number of places. I don't mind the walk and it took 20 minutes to reach the city center and 30 minutes to walk to the north campus of Univ of Galway. The facilities are modern and tidy. The unexpected surprise was having a convenience store on the premise - cheaper prices for things than $20 euro breakfast."

"Beautiful hotel, located about a mile from the center of town. Makes for a nice walk along the lake. The staff were accommodating, and the room was large and lovely. Also, parking and an excellent breakfast menu were included, making it a great value as well."
