"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"Mews Cottage is located near several very good restaurants as well as a beautiful park. We were able to walk through the park to museums and explore a bit of the west side of Glasgow by foot. The cottage itself was most comfortable and well equipped for meals."

"I booked a hot tub weekend away for my husband and I to the Steadings and what a beautifully clean and comfortable cottage it was. The owners met us as we drove to the cottage to show us around. They had also left us a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco, that was a lovely extra. We made full use of the log burner as it wasn’t the best of weather when we were there. "We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful house which is in a picturesque, peaceful setting and was perfect for our family gathering. We found the bedrooms really comfortable and we enjoyed spending time together in the main open plan space, and sitting out in the gardens too. "We had a wonderful stay in the cottage over May bank holiday. The cottage was perfect and very spacious. The garden was beautiful, with the stream at the bottom as a added bonus. "Had a great stay over new year at the properties. One family in one bungalow and us in the other. Property was clean and fresh. Beautiful welcome items left for us by the owners, who were lovely and couldnt do enough for us. Woke up to the spectacular views and literally could have sat and watched the horses all day! Even walks along the Clyde River are at your doorstep. Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen reasonably equipped for light meal prep. Our room not ideal for a stay longer than a week as there are no comfortable lounge chairs or sofas in the studio space. "
