"The house and property are authentic, charming, and very high quality. The nearly 200 year old house was renovated recently but kept historic aesthetic and materials. Excellent location relatively close to many of the western coastal attractions, small towns, and activities. Host was very communicative and helpful."

Communication with the owner was good and instructions for entry and operation of the backdoor lock were clear. "Fanore is great, right on the coast with a fantastic view and remote but with a shop and pub very local, which were both great. Walk on a side road to the beach took about 15-20 mins and there were many places we accessed by car on days out too. House was a great size, was in need of some refurbishment downstairs, upstairs has more recently been done I think. The garden was a good size and great off road parking. Hosts were available for any questions and check in and out were smooth. "
