"The pub is fantastic, one of the best we visited in Dublin! The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very nice as well. I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay. "

"The hotel and pub staff were very helpful and very accommodating when we requested something. They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. "

"Excellent stay and friendly staff. Only downside is parking, but they do have an agreement with a Parking Garage around the corner. Just remember to get your ticket stamped by the front desk. Comfortable room. Had a nice modern look. Would 10/10 stay again. "

"Excellent! Super staff! Gorgeous design and accommodations. Decor and studio amenities are first rate. Exceptional gathering space in hotel for cafe and lounging. Tram across street for quick access to museums and city center. Service and care by staff was outstanding. "
