"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

"Far to noisy overnight, was kept awake most of the night will delivery lorries, banging and clanging about from before 2am until about 6am, also a worker from Greggs shouting outside the shop to people in the shop. Apartment was nice and clean ( apart from the oven ), but the noise overnight was ridiculous!"

"Do not stay! Only property I've ever checked out of! Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. Upon arrival we saw the front of the property had overflowing bins and rubbish all over the front of the house.
