"Property clean. Was woken up at 7am by cleaners making loud noise."

Ashfield Hostel

2.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (157)
"Good hostel. Each bed has plugs, light and a ledge which was nice to use. No curtains. Downfall would be no communal showers so although there was a shower in the room you might have to wait for others in the room. There were two additional toilets downstairs. Kitchen was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walkable to almost everything. Upstairs rooms are probably quieter at night."

Garden Lane Backpackers

2.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (124)
"Walkable to everything. I would stay again because of that. Bring your own towel unless you want to pay 5 euros for a towel. Breakfast is simple everyday. It could of been better though. Cereal, apple, banana, toast, oranges, juice and coffee everyday. Nothing special. "

The Dawson Hostel

1.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (6)
"Very convenient for exploring Dublin. Get what you expect from a hostel, 24/7 front desk which is good. Only small issue is rooms at the rear of the hostel are a bit of a trek to get to and back onto a nightclub, fine if you're in the club until closing which we ended up doing both nights."

Glendalough International Youth Hostel

2.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (35)
"The area was beautiful and the few staff we encountered were courteous. The bunkroom we stayed in had dirty blue pillowcases, fitted sheets, and duvets. This is a shared room hostel which is a great way to meet people from around the world. The wifi was so weak we had to either sit at reception or not have access. Just like any other hostel, you rent towels and strip your own beds of the white linens you place there prior to sleep. The building wasn't well maintained and there was no sound limit...

The Times Hostel - College Street

2.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (530)

Avalon House Hostel

7.0 out of 10, Good, (230)
"It's a cheap option considering its location within Dublin, but it was not comfortable at all."
Avalon House Hostel

Times Hostel - Camden Place

8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (477)
"When I arrived, I was turned away because the hostel had converted to a homeless shelter. I was not told anything before arriving and was left homeless myself."
Times Hostel - Camden Place

Aparto- Montrose - Hostel

1.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (36)
"You get what you pay for. It was the least expensive of the hotel options in Ireland. Not that close to the attractions, but public transportation is easily accessible. The room gives you the basics. No tv, coffee maker or hair dryer. There is a coffee shop and a convenient store on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen on every floor. It suit our needs since we were out most of the time."

Mercer Court

5.6 out of 10, (20)
"it is a very nice little spot for a weekend in town. i leaved in Dublin for 6 years before moving to Limerick, so i know the town well enough. i've stayed in numerous 5 star hotels during business trip and i think they are very much over rated. sometimes i just need a comfortable bed. this "hotel" feels much like a student accommodation. reminds me of the student years. it has all the basic setups, bed, small tv, desk and shower. the room is clean enough. for the price it is very worth it. the...

Staycity Aparthotels, Dublin Castle

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (970)
"This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed. The only thing was there is no safe to keep belongings like your passport, money and laptop and there was no extra physical lock on the door just a button to lock it. But it was a safe area and you had to use your...
