The property is in a great location, we were able to walk into the center of town in just a few minutes and it served as a great home base for day trips for the west coast. "This was a lovely property in every way. Three spacious bedrooms, conservatory with a beautiful view, a cozy warm home, especially when coming back from a damp day. Bertie was very generous with her ‘welcome’ food basket, we hardly needed to go shopping. It is about a 10 minute drive from Miltown Malbay so don’t expect to be walking into town though. But once you’ve spent your day exploring, spending the evening at home was quite nice"

"We loved the Coachhouse! The historical setting off of a courtyard with the 18th century barracks and a castle tower was unique and memorable. The Coachhouse itself is lovely with exposed brick and wood, fully equipped kitchen and laundry and working fireplace. We loved it!"

The kitchen had full sized appliances that made cooking fun. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for setting out to explore Limerick City, county attractions, and local gems. We had one cold night because the heating oil talk ran out and my call to the owner was not addressed until the next day, but other than that, it was good.
