The Sorry Tale Of Suite 73
At the last moment this booking changed from Suite 82 to 73. The key box was frozen solid, thanks to neighbour for helping open. Once inside there were no instructions to follow, no heating came on, I located the boiler in a cupboard & managed to switch it on, found the Wi Fi Code on the back of the modem. Kitchen tap never stopped leaking. The saucepans/stove/backsplash needed binning as they were filthy. No oven racks or pans. Mould in the shower, huge tear in the duvet cover. When you pay over £700 pounds for a stay, you expect a Rep to greet you & show you the layout etc. There were no Dishclothes/Washing Up Liquid.Laundry Powder, if you offer these services, I expect to have the necessary goods to help. When we departed, the key problem was the reverse of the beginning, spent 20mins defrosting the box.
