The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"

"requested single beds in one of the rooms the host said they would do that but didn't get them, had to use the pull out bed in the living room so had to request extra bedding, there was nothing at all for us to do any cleaning, had to get the maintenance in as we had no hot water, and only one key so this was a problem if we went out in two groups, the site was not kept as clean as it was when we have previously stayed there, but saying that we like the apartment and the area it was in."

"The place was awesome. It's like a home away from home. The host is a sweet lady. We received a goodie basket at check-in and a lovely gift at checkout. There's a laundry room which was awesome since we doing island hopping to freshen up . I totally recommend 6 mins drive to the airport and few beaches around. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back. "

"Property was large with a lot of space. Rooms wee big, light and airy. Balcony was spacious with an amazing view. Fully equipped kitchen apart from a microwave but you can still heat the food in the oven. Left us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. Some of the light switches didn’t work but nothing major and the key to lock the bathroom door didn’t work. "The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning.
