Are you looking for the ideal getaway, whether its for a romantic escape or the perfect family ski vacation? Look no further! These beautiful one-bedroom units are conveniently located near the Great Eastern Ski Trail and are serviced by the Killington Skyship Gondola (high speed, eight-person, and HEATED!). Each deck comes with a private outdoor hot tub spa, and if that isn't enough, cedar sauna inside for ultimate relaxation. Make your stay unforgettable with these luxury and affordable units.

A unique getaway on a private road puts a secluded feel. Yet snowballs throughout your front door will get you right on the Great Eastern Ski Trail.

VRBO bookings. Please be aware that we can only allow the first 20% of the booking to the credit card, the remaining has to be done by check or wire. Please inquire FIRST to find out more details. We do not and WILL NOT charge the full amount through the VRBO platform by credit card.

-Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
-Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
-It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
-The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).
-New Year's five-night minimum stay.
-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.
-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking in the house.
-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests' use of the hot tub spa and sauna.
-It is the Tenant's responsibility to report the make, model, color, and plate number of any vehicles staying at the property to prevent towing. This property has a maximum of two parking spots.
-Parties and events are not allowed at this property.
-All excessive noise and music must be turned down after 10:00 PM.
- There is a 20% deposit by credit card. All remaining balances will have to be completed by check or wire transfer.

Wonderful weekend
This was the perfect spot for us with our infant and dog. The location was great for us (we both wanted to ski but someone always had to be on baby duty, so being right on the resort was wonderful). We made all our meals onsite and found the kitchen fully stocked for our needs. Our evenings were spent watching March Madness through the window while in the hot tub with the baby monitor close by.

Another Great Trailside Ski Trip
We've stayed here several times and are never disappointed. The access to the mountain can't be beat, you're right on the Great Eastern run down to the Skyeship Base. The condo is comfortable for a family, and the recent renovations update the look. And finally, the hot tub on the back deck is amazing. Couldn't recommend it higher.

Perfect proximity to the Great Eastern trail - truly ski in/ski out when the Skyeship Stage 1 is running. We lost power due to extreme wind and rain one day, but the wood burning stove provided plenty of heat and the property managers were in contact with us about the outage. The sauna and hot tub were deluxe after a day on the slopes. Great value. We will be back.
