Vrbo customer service was also terrible, as they didn't respond and offered no help. We're still awaiting a refund or any response. Avoid, avoid, avoid."

"The property was well presented, a little tired in areas but clean and comfortable. Some areas could do with improvement and basic fixings need replacing. TV’s weren’t connected up so we couldn’t watch tv, sky didn’t work. Netflix only option on main tv in living room. Little things that make a stay better could be easily and cheaply sorted.
