"The kitchen facilities were good with plenty of plates and everything provided like dishwasher tablets. The host was brilliant sorting a minor alarm issue wilst we were out for the day, peace of mind that this is provided along with cctv outside the property was nice for us as anglers. The location is fantastic for Cootehill and the surrounding area with a very friendly bar/social club just short walk up the road. "Nice place with a lovely view but takes too long to get to a main road 20minuets on small bumpy country roads in a larger than normal car was not a great experience there where lots to see and do close by Carrick on Shannon was not far away neither was Lough Key which has lots to do for the whole family but mostly only during the holiday season."

"The kitchen has a good range of tools and equipment. A popcorn maker was provided with a complimentary packet of popcorn to try (which we did not). Although not in the description I read, there was an air fryer provided which we did try and found useful (we do not have one at home).
