"Great location makes it easy to get to most everything on the south side of Sudbury, all necessities in driving or walking distance. The only thing negative for me was the hallways are very dimly lit. The outside areas was covered in snow but the Motel is located on a raised area with very easy access and great view."

"Convenient room in a convenient location. it's a basic/standard Motel. And as such it was perfectly good. We arrived late, so the owner/operator had to scramble out of his apartment to give us the keys. Only thing I would mention is that the price was high for the kind of place/room that it was. But definitely would stay again. "

"The Property is wonderful! We loved the Beach, the Deck, the surrounding area. There is lots of room and the wife loved the kitchen. Can't say enough good things about the location. .... only one thing I would change, and this is just me, I really missed not seeing the Baseball Playoffs so having a sports channel that plays live would make it 1000 percent, :) ... but again, this is just me. The Place was awesome! the time we spent there went waaaay to fast, wish I could do it all over again,...
