Good duplex, horrible communication
The location was good and cleanliness was good. The air conditioning went out the day after our arrival. That would not have been a big deal if Vacasa management company had communicated clearly and timely with me. I had to follow up twice to know what was going on. We spent a hot night late July night with little sleep and the company told us that we should have put batteries in the thermostat. There were no batteries when we arrived. It was working because thermostats are hardwired and there was no problem with electricity. They never even apologized for our discomfort. I will actively seek properties not managed by Vacasa in the future. Vacasa’s customer service is abysmal.

Nice spot to relax
This property has everything that we needed to cook and kick back and relax. 15 minutes away from the beach because you have to cross a busy street. The only problem we had was the bathtub was clogged up and drained very slowly.
