Why, both, of course!! During your vacation at the Admiral's View condos in Kill Devil Hills, you can do anything you want!

Your beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo greets you with its cheery yellow walls, pretty touches of color and comfy furniture. You will love settling in for a movie night on the flat screen TV. Just don't forget the popcorn!

The lovely white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a wine refrigerator, may just inspire you to create a gastronomic masterpiece for the group. You've got everything you need and there's plenty of workspace!

With the large dining table for 6 and the two additional bar stools, you can all enjoy a lovely meal together as you discuss your next great Outer Banks adventure!

Closed Pool on Memorial Day Week?
We booked a condo for my parents over Memorial Day week. Great location, nice view from the balcony. However, terrible communication from the property managers. I reached out to the condo managers directly after booking to see if we could relocate as I read from reviews after the fact that this building has no elevator and the condo we booked was four flights up for an 80 year old veteran. I received zero communication back. We moved forward with the stay and spent each day coming back to the condo to help my parents move groceries and luggage up and down the steps. Additionally, the walk to the beach over the dunes is too stressful for my parents so was hoping they’d be able to use the pool. On the second day of the stay on Memorial Day week, the pool was still closed. I called to ask the Kees property managers why and they couldnt find a reason. They were going to reach out to the HOA to get more information and call me back but I never received any follow up to why the pool was closed or alternative amenities in lieu of the advertised pool area. There was also a vacuum and linens left outside of our door at check-in and remained there through the duration of our stay from the cleaning team. Overall, decent but dated property just poor communication on the part of management team.

Amazing View, Below Average Property Management
First of all, let me say that the condo was wonderful. It is in a prime location for ocean viewing and the balcony was very nice in the afternoons. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We loved the beach decor. We did have some issues with the way the property was maintained. When we first entered the condo, it appeared as though it was prepared hastily. There were no extra trash bags, no soap of any kind in the kitchen, and the very low-quality towels were tossed in the rooms still in plastic wrap from their last cleaning. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom did not have sheets or pillow cases so we slept the first night without them. When we reported this the next day, Kees had someone come over and put sheets on the beds. So they get an A for responsiveness. We've been renting VRBO homes for many years now and this is our first Kees-managed property. They did not meet our expectations, which I don't believe are overly high. This is something we will consider when booking our next vacation rental.

Best vacay ever!
This 3rd floor condo is absolutely the best. Location, cleanliness, decor, comfort and amazing views of the beach and ocean from all windows and balcony. We will definitely stay here again. The only drawback is that there is no elevator so dragging heavy suitcases up 3 flights of steps was really tough. But we made it!!!

Peaceful Get-away
We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. The outside looked pretty rugged and the unit was four stories up with no elevator. However, the view was worth the climb. The corner balcony looked directly over the water; beautiful sunrises and enjoyable happy hours. The unit has been remodeled recently with updated furnishings. There was ample supplies and utensils for our party of four.

All you need for the beach
Enjoyed this condo being right on the beach. Had everything we needed. The location allowed us to get to everything in OBX nicely. The taco place across the street was an easy go to for getting fish tacos. The other tenants who lived in the building let us use the outdoor lift for our bags which was so nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little On The Beach Condo!!
Honestly, this was one of the best beach condos we’ve ever encountered in OBX!! Very clean and tidy. It came with the necessary kitchen supplies you needed. The beach is steps away and the pool was a bonus! Everybody was so friendly and you could walk to the nearby restaurants. The walls inside the condo are slightly thin so you could hear the below neighbors open and close their sliding doors but that’s the only setback. Would 100 percent stay here again!!

This place is adorable, updated and very clean! The owners were extremely good at communicating. They got back to us immediately with anything we asked. The beach front view is breathtaking! Would definitely stay here again. The one thing we realized was the k-cups for coffee were missing but that’s not a huge deal. Also being on the 4th floor with no elevator is tough so if people have a lot of suitcases it’s kind of a pain. But again no biggie. I would recommend this place for sure!
