The property was clean, safe, big and the host was wonderful informative friendly and realizable.
The stay was nice. Andrew the host shared much of the history of the building. The only surprise was that the bathroom was not inside the main living space. The rest of the property was lovely. It was clear that much care was taken in the restoration process. We enjoyed our single night stay. I would recommend this hidden gem in the countryside.
My family of 4 spent our first night in Ireland in this beautiful renovated church. What an awesome introduction to a fantastic country. Andrew, the owner, renovated the church as a labor of love. He was a excellent host. He met us at the gallery, showed us the area, and made sure that we were settled and knew where to find a pub. Friendly host and a beautiful location, what more could you ask for?
Andrew and Eimear have a lovely space - very clean and comfortable. Fresh flowers on the table, and milk in the fridge. Also, a bottle of wine since it was my niece’s graduation trip. Nice touches everywhere, and warm welcome/tour of the space with Eimear since it’s different and historical.
We didn’t think our trip to Ireland could get any better, but a last minute booking at the Burren Art Gallery proved to be a highlite of our trip! This is not your typical VRBO! This is a completely renovated Church from the 1700’s with a kickin’ sound system right in the middle of the Burren. We loved learning about the area, reading the hosts’ Burren information and visiting the surrounding sites. Super, super gracious owners brought us a food basket and made our stay really nice! Be warned, you may not want to leave the ‘room’ if you stay here!
