"Regularly do business near Kilworth & this hotel was recommended to us. We have eaten on previous visits but this was first time staying overnight. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, huge comfortable room, dined in restaurant & super breakfast. This is obviously a very busy & well used hotel as there were signs of wear & tear, but it is spotlessly clean & so cosy. We just wish we had had more time to make use of the leisure & spa facilities, & room to eat the fabulous looking in-house bakery goods - next time!!! It is rare to find such a homely hotel of this size, & atmosphere which is severely lacking in most hotels nowadays! Would thoroughly recommend & will definitely stay on our next trip. Keep doing what you’re doing 👌"

"My family had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was lovely. Staff extremely friendly. Only thing I would say is the showers in female changing rooms in the swimming pool should have shower gel in the containers in the cubicles "

"The house is charming, especially the well apportioned dining room, and Sylvia is amazing, the very soul of generous hospitality … and a wonderful cook. Hers was far and away the best Irish breakfast I had of my several trips to Ireland! Sylvia even found me great local help with my family history quest and is herself quite knowledgeable about local history and about things to do and see in the vicinity. The central area of Tipperary town is just a short walk away and Sylvia is an excellent guide to the various local shops The house is older so has a few quirks as to be expected, but everything is very clean and comfortable. I had quite a lovely time in Tipperary largely thanks to Sylvis and my stay at her establishment. "
