Trip of a lifetime!
The condo is lovely and well-maintained. It is PERFECTLY located in sunny Kihei and is close to everything. We loved calling it our “home” for our trip. Megan was very communicative and helpful when issues arose or if we had questions. She gave us some great advice as to where to eat, what to do and how to navigate the island. We didn’t want to leave.

Lovely condo with a magnificent ocean view!
We loved our stay at Megan and Bryan's condo. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have about the condo or activities on the island. The view of the ocean from the lanai is superb! It's lovely to sit on the lanai in the morning watching the whales or to have a romantic dinner later on the lanai while watching a beautiful sunset. The condo is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Sugar Beach is right across the road and it makes for a great picturesque walk, swim or bogie board. Centrally located to many other beaches , grocery stores and restaurants. Grounds well maintained too.

Perfect location with a gorgeous view!
The condo was exactly as described - it had everything one needs to have a wonderful stay on Maui! Megan was quick to reply and even had a slight issue with toilet seat fixed immediately. The view from the lanai is perfect and with windows open the breeze is delightful. We enjoyed the pool and even the hot tub as well as Sugar Beach which is easily accessed from the complex. The complex is well maintained and very clean. We discovered Sugar Beach Bakery just north of the condo for yummy breakfast treats and desserts. There are grocery stores within a few miles as well as the Costco right by airport. If we are lucky enough to return to Maui I would not hesitate to stay at this condo - it is the perfect location and well provisioned.

The instructions we got prior to arriving from the expedia website are not accurate. Megan, will send directions to your email with a link to the VRBO app with check in directions and codes. We had flight delays and layovers and arrived to the property at 3 am our time. Using the codes listed on the expedia page did not work. Thankfully I had screenshot Megan's number. She called back within 15 minutes and gave us the actual passcodes. We enjoyed our stay very much after the initial confusion!

Little paradise
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. We were there for 7 nights and our stay was wonderful. Apartmant is equipped really good. Anything you think you'll find. The only little thing that bothered me was that bedrooms were always hot, no matter how many fans you turn on or AC it is hot, but i come from Alaska so not really used to hot. The other thing is ants. They are annoying but not so much if you are careful. I can only say that i am glad i choose this apartment, because it was beautiful, clean, fully equipped, good location, and probably when i plan vacation to maui again it's gonna be in same accommodation. Great location
We enjoyed our stay at he condo. Location was great, right across from the beach, beautiful view of the ocean and close to stores. We rented the Subaru which was nice, AC worked well. Only complaint would be that the fans that were located in the bedrooms did not function very well so the bedrooms stayed warm. There was a portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms that was helpful but the second bedroom never cooled off. The fans were all turned to high but hardly blew any air. It it was the same as of you had them on low. The weather was warm and here wasn’t much of a breeze so the unit stayed pretty warm. We also had to supply our own toilet paper which was a new experience for us. Megan was very responsive to any questions and were very helpful. Would definitely stay again! Also had sand toys, boogie boards and chairs available which were great for our beach adventures! Thank you for the great stay, hope to come again in a few years!!

Great location, clean and comfortable condo.
Megan and Brian are great hosts. We locked ourselves twice by accident, they were kind enough to come by and let us in. They were friendly, easy to communicate with and had lots of useful recommendations. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. These guys are trustworthy. They have went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I had to work while I was in Maui, so I truly appreciated that Megan was flexible and accommodating. It really made a huge difference and allowed me to enjoy my time in Hawaii. I liked the view from the balcony - that is where I worked and watched sunrise every morning. The property is located in Kihei, across the road from a beautiful (most importantly empty or almost empty) beach. It's close to the restaurants and shops. We frequented Nalu's South Shore Grill in the evenings. They had great food and beautiful live music. During the day our favorite stop was Ululani's Shaved Ice - the best shaved ice on the island (a few blocks down the road from the condo). One of the greatest things about Kihei is that it always has a great weather, compared to the other side of the island (Hana) where it almost always rains (drizzles or downpours depending on the day).

Overall Great unit to rent!
We were so fortunate to have been able to rent Megan and Bryan’s unit in Kihei on the last leg of our trip to Maui! Everything was as reviewed and held no surprises. We were so blessed to have been able to see lots of whales daily from the lanai and the overall view was just a plus! Definitely will consider renting this unit again if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui in the future.

Great 2nd week of our family vacation
My family of 4 really enjoyed our week in Kihei and specifically in Megan's "Aloha Hale" apartment. It was 100% as advertised - clean and well stocked - and the location was awesome too. We could see the beach from the balcony and the beach access was right across the street. We used the pool and the grills as well. Kihei is easy distrance from the airport and other main highways so that exploring Maui was simple. There were also lots of good restaurants and shopping within a mile or two in either direction. I hope we are fortunate enough to come back to Maui for a future vacation and if so, we will definitely check to see if this property is available. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wedding get away on Maui
We rented this place for nearly two weeks so that we could get married. It was near the beach we did our ceremony on, super close to all the grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping in Kihei. The condo it self has an amazing view, was clean, stocked with basic essentials, and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. Megan was also easy to reach when I had a question. 10/10 would recommend.

A private beach get away
My family loved this condo, located across the street from the beach with gorgeous views from the lanai. Bed were comfortable, kitchen area allowed us to cook dinners in the unit almost every night to save money for FUN activities around the island. Only issue we had were the island critters (bugs) but you get those all over the island. This is an excellent choice for a family stay.
