The home has an amazing floorplan for 2 couples. The location and sunset views are amazing. The home could have been cleaner, but I am picky in that department. The beds had a topper with ill-fitting sheets. It was like wrestling with the bed all night. Our main disappointment was the management company. We ordered umbrellas when we booked the room, and they were not there. They could not deliver them as the staffing was shorthanded, so we had to go to their office to pick them up. Lastly, we had 4 rolls of TP for 4 bottoms for 10 days. The management company would not supply enough for our stay.

Wailea is a special place and the properties in this community are absolutely perfect. This property was the best so far! Updated and modern, very clean! Only noted that unlike many other rentals this rental didn't have many extras/leftovers like coffee, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise this was a fantastic place and I would definitely stay again!

Two couples stayed at the property. We had a wonderful time during our week there. The sunset was absolutely beautiful! The view from the lanai was just stunning!!! The property sits on top of a hill overlooking the golf course and to the water below. We watched it every night. The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated throughout! Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Some are within walking distance, and some within a few minutes drive. We would stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, well-stocked (towels, beach towels, pots/pans, plastic storage containers for leftovers, salt/pepper etc), and had a view that was even better than the photos. This was ideal for our 2 week holiday. We were close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. The customer service was top notch and if we had a question, we received a quick response. Also, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely come to this part of Maui and again as well as book this property. It had all the comforts of home with an absolutely amazing view.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom unit. They had everything we required (though some give/take condiments for cooking would be a nice add) for our family of four. The view was great from the deck and everything in the unit was ‘as advertised’

Pictures on this listing does not do justice, the view is absolutely stunning from both lanai's. Family friendly unit, host was great to deal with. Beach gear provided was top quality (eg. Tommy Bahama chairs) Pool is within a 2 minute walking distance. Our only critique on this unit is to be prepared to purchase everything you need - down to garbage bags and coffee filters.

The condo was the nicest condo my family has rented in our six trips to Maui. The property was clean, well furnished, and a great location and view. The only issue we had was the bed in the second bedroom. It was represented on the VRBO website as a king bed, however, it was two twins pushed together. There was a 3 inch foam pad on the bed that didn't even cover the two beds pushed together. My sister and I both had a difficult time sleeping because there was a gap between the edge of the bed and the foam pad on both sides.. One or both of us had to be careful not to fall out of bed. We won't rent that unit again because of the bed situation. It was totally misrepresented on the VRBO website.

Nice condo. good location just up hp the hill from the Shops and Ulua beach. short drive to big beach. Great for access to dive shops that launch from Kehei boat ramp Pools are little bit boring but they work for a nice cool down after a day on the beach

Amazing View and Location!
We had a wonderful time staying at the property and would book it again in a heartbeat. The location and view cannot be beat. There was a bit of a mess on the lanai leaving one of the chairs unusable because a bird was trying to nest (so there were sticks EVERYWHERE on and in and around the chair). We just cleaned them up as best we could and didn't need the chair anyways. My only other suggestion would be that it might be time to upgrade a couple of the beach chairs (broken straps). Minor things and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful VRBO with an awesome ocean view
My wife and I have stayed many times in the Wailea/Kihei area over the years. The location is ideal and central to all the full places on this side of the island. The unit upon entering was spacious and well lit. There is a large ocean facing lanai, great for breakfast/lunch/dinner and just hanging out. Our favorite is enjoying morning coffee as the sun rises. As for amazing sunsets, it it also ideal. The amenities were spot on with the exception of a beach umbrella or boogie boards (many other rentals include those and would have been nice). The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms had lots of space. We look forward to a return visit in the future!

Amazing sunsets!
A little welcome basket with some treats greeted us when we arrived, which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. The unit exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked and clean, beds and deck furniture were really comfortable. The development was close to many upscale Wailea shops and resorts and beautiful south side beaches. And the sunsets were amazing - something we looked forward to each and every day. Management company was also very helpful and accommodating as this was a rescheduled trip as a result of the pandemic. Our only regret was having to leave the unit to head back to the still chilly midwest!

This place has everything...
To premise my review, I'm 42, I travel a lot, I enjoy staying at nice places but I'm not pretentious about it, but I certainly really appreciate well thought out condos/host locations. Nothing drives me more crazy than little things not thought of to make someone's stay more comfortable. This place had all the little things to my liking. This condo was truly everything one could ever want. Fully stocked everything, kitchen/towels/beach gear/etc and there was lots of everything. Tons of storage for your clothes, toys, etc. The condo is perfectly laid out, and very spacious. The patio furniture is very comfortable as well, same with the beds. The area is dead quiet, just the birds chirping and odd lawn mower on the golf course. Sunsets were spectacular. It's right above the shops of Wailea, about a 500m walk down to them, and closer is the Wailea Blue golf course club house and strip mall with coffee shop, etc. Place came stocked with basic essentials in case you can't get to the grocery store right away, some coffee/salt/pepper, soap, Cpl welcome snacks. I didn't go to the pool so no comments for that, it looked small but adequate for a dip and tanning I suppose. I'd 100% stay here again. I stayed for a month and would have extended for another month had it been available. Oh, I also had no issue with bugs/ants at all. I made sure to keep things put away but wasn't as good as I should have been and had no issues at all. Plenty of geckos ripping around outside near the parking lot but they seemed to all stay in the garden. I also never heard a neighbour even once while I was there, could have been cause of covid or just luck, but the unit has only one shared wall so that likely helped. Great thing about Wailea if you haven't been, it's like a little pocket of serenity, it can be 100mph winds in Kihei or north shore and Wailea will usually be calm, great for a relaxing vaca. Enjoy.
