This is a premier unit with panoramic ocean views located just minutes to all Wailea Beaches, The Shops at Wailea and Luxury Hotels! This beautiful condo is fully remodeled with tasteful furnishings, top of the line appliances, exquisite cabinetry, upgraded bathrooms and granite countertops. Relax and unwind in this beautiful unit that is perfect for couples or a family.

The main living area boasts expansive high beam ceilings that add to the wonderful flow of air blowing in off the Shores of Maui. Very bright and spacious to take advantage of indoor, living. This top floor fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom unit is situated in the premier front row of a highly sought after complex in the prestigious Wailea Ekolu Village. The Hawaiiana furnishings add a comforting atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Picture a wonderful afternoon while sipping away at a tropical beverage while you take in the sun at the Fairway pool.

When you think of Hawaii you imagine awe-inspiring views, amazing sunsets and the natural beauty of the wild Blue Pacific. These sights are a daily pleasure from the comfort of your own private lanai and living area! Enjoy the un-obstructive Ocean, Kahoolawe, Molokini and West Maui Views! Propane grills are no longer allowed at Wailea Ekolu but the property has charcoal grills located throughout for your use.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Guest accessUnit 1510 is just steps away from the pool and just minutes to the Wailea Beaches, Shops at Wailea and luxury hotels! Condo was in a great location. Had an odd encounter with the woman who was supposed to inspect the property. We arrived 30 minutes early and were reprimanded by this woman in an accusatory and very unprofessional manor. Was not an ideal interaction to have on vacation. 2nd bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Beach chairs and coolers were broken or unusable. Well equipped kitchen but no extras at all. No washing detergent for laundry, salt/pepper…but there were leftover potato chips in a cupboard. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again. Very expensive in comparison to other u it’s we stayed at in kapalua.

Ekolu Village, Maui

The property was very nice. My only complaints would be that the lanai furnituire needs to be updated (new seat cushions and table) and instructions to work the TVs would have alleviated some frustration. Two remote controls for each of the TVs were supplied in order to operate them, which caused some confusion. Also, the unit needs to be treated for ants promtply. Noticed numerous samll ants on the kitchen countertop when we first arrived but was able to control them by purchasing ant spray and continually spraying the countertop surface every couple of days.

It was a great time

It was a very quiet and fulfilling time. The room was clean and had all the amenities. However, the shower had weak water pressure and was difficult to use. It would have been nice if the shower head was movable .

Awesome location, poor service

The home has an amazing floorplan for 2 couples. The location and sunset views are amazing. The home could have been cleaner, but I am picky in that department. The beds had a topper with ill-fitting sheets. It was like wrestling with the bed all night. Our main disappointment was the management company. We ordered umbrellas when we booked the room, and they were not there. They could not deliver them as the staffing was shorthanded, so we had to go to their office to pick them up. Lastly, we had 4 rolls of TP for 4 bottoms for 10 days. The management company would not supply enough for our stay.

Never Misses

Wailea is a special place and the properties in this community are absolutely perfect. This property was the best so far! Updated and modern, very clean! Only noted that unlike many other rentals this rental didn't have many extras/leftovers like coffee, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise this was a fantastic place and I would definitely stay again!

Picture Perfect

Two couples stayed at the property. We had a wonderful time during our week there. The sunset was absolutely beautiful! The view from the lanai was just stunning!!! The property sits on top of a hill overlooking the golf course and to the water below. We watched it every night. The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated throughout! Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Some are within walking distance, and some within a few minutes drive. We would stay here again!!!

Superb!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, well-stocked (towels, beach towels, pots/pans, plastic storage containers for leftovers, salt/pepper etc), and had a view that was even better than the photos. This was ideal for our 2 week holiday. We were close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. The customer service was top notch and if we had a question, we received a quick response. Also, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely come to this part of Maui and again as well as book this property. It had all the comforts of home with an absolutely amazing view.

Great family stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom unit. They had everything we required (though some give/take condiments for cooking would be a nice add) for our family of four. The view was great from the deck and everything in the unit was ‘as advertised’

Amazing family friendly unit

Pictures on this listing does not do justice, the view is absolutely stunning from both lanai's. Family friendly unit, host was great to deal with. Beach gear provided was top quality (eg. Tommy Bahama chairs) Pool is within a 2 minute walking distance. Our only critique on this unit is to be prepared to purchase everything you need - down to garbage bags and coffee filters.

Wailea Condo

The condo was the nicest condo my family has rented in our six trips to Maui. The property was clean, well furnished, and a great location and view. The only issue we had was the bed in the second bedroom. It was represented on the VRBO website as a king bed, however, it was two twins pushed together. There was a 3 inch foam pad on the bed that didn't even cover the two beds pushed together. My sister and I both had a difficult time sleeping because there was a gap between the edge of the bed and the foam pad on both sides.. One or both of us had to be careful not to fall out of bed. We won't rent that unit again because of the bed situation. It was totally misrepresented on the VRBO website.

Very nice condo in a great location

Nice condo. good location just up hp the hill from the Shops and Ulua beach. short drive to big beach. Great for access to dive shops that launch from Kehei boat ramp Pools are little bit boring but they work for a nice cool down after a day on the beach

Amazing View and Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at the property and would book it again in a heartbeat. The location and view cannot be beat. There was a bit of a mess on the lanai leaving one of the chairs unusable because a bird was trying to nest (so there were sticks EVERYWHERE on and in and around the chair). We just cleaned them up as best we could and didn't need the chair anyways. My only other suggestion would be that it might be time to upgrade a couple of the beach chairs (broken straps). Minor things and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
