Our remodeled, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, non-smoking condominium is equipped with all the comforts of home, including flat screen HD TV and DVD, a landline telephone with FREE LONG DISTANCE TO CANADA & U.S., FREE WI-FI Internet access. Washer/Dryer in the Condo, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove. AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT. There is currently A/C in the Living/Dining room and both bedrooms, ceiling and floor fans.

Our condo is just steps away from one of the most uncrowded and beautiful fine-sand beaches in Maui. Kamaole Beach Park II has some of the best swimming ,snorkeling and boogie boarding anywhere. There is a lifeguard station on the beach, and tide pool area on the south side, teeming with crabs, starfish, turtles etc. It's also a great place to watch the whales and beautiful sunsets.

The master bedroom has a new queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two new twin beds. The lanai, with a garden view, is found off the living room. A sofa bed and second bath means that our unit can easily accommodate six adults. A real value for Maui. Immediately across from Kamaole II beach. Walk to dining, Maui style.

Kihei Akahi boasts lush tropical grounds and is conveniently situated near all the major amenities of Kihei and South Maui. Facilities here include two pools, and natural gas bbqs. The lower pool has a kitchen, large seating area and two bbqs. The upper pool provides another area for barbecuing. The property also has an excellent tennis court for your enjoyment.

Our condo has been completely renovated and remodeled with tile floor, new bathrooms, and new kitchen cupboards complete with granite counter tops. There is a lanai for relaxing or dining AL fresco. Should you wish to dine indoors, the dining area comfortably seats six.

Lovingly maintained, guests say it feels just like home. We have had many comments in our visitor book expressing how well equipped and comfortable our condo is. The kitchen has all the regular amenities including dishes, rice cooker, blender and coffee maker to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We also have an in-room safe for your valuables.

Kihei Akahi is divided into 4 main buildings. Our two bedroom unit is located on the top floor of the two-story 'B' building and boasts an open air plan with cool tropical trade winds blowing through the living/dining area.

Our condo is well stocked with multiples sets of bed linens, blankets, and bath towels. We also have assorted beach towels, chairs, boogie board, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, cooler, beach buggy and toys for your convenience. There is also a designated parking spot for the condo.

We have tried to make our condo your home away from home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Great stay!
John was a great host! The location is perfect and a quick walk across the street to a great beach. Been to Maui a number of times and definitely would stay here again for our next visit. The property is quiet and very clean... everything was perfect!

We loved the condo and its location. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The host was very responsive and the property managers were helpful and friendly. The condo is located across the street from a great beach for families and snorkeling. It is also an easy walk to a number of restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Came to Maui for grandson's wedding. And had a wonderful time! The condo was in perfect area for my daughter and grandsons to see and enjoy Hawaii for the 1st time. With all the shops and beaches it gave them the freedom to go and explore without needing any transportation. Nightlife at the Barmuda Triangle rounded out the vacation for the boys perfectly.The only complaint was fan in smaller bedroom didn't work.

Fantastic stay, great location and well stocked!
We had a great stay in John's condo. The supplies were very well stocked and the multiple fans and air conditioning were very welcome. We loved having the combo door lock which allowed us all to come and go with varying schedules very easily. The complex is great as well, we took full advantage of the pool, barbecues and tennis courts. The location can't be beat with 3 beaches, shopping and multiple restaurants with in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

This place is perfectly located for day trips to Makena or Lahaina 15 min in to the city or 3 min drive to food land .This is the second time we stayed at John's place .It was impeccably clean with lots of extra linens,towels fully stocked kitchen.The beach Kam 2 is directly across the street Kam 1 and 3 are within walking distance

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation stay. Right across the street is a beautiful beach. within walking distance is a restaurant with good food. Just minutes from shops and entertainment. Very quiet neighbors and great lanai to sit, covered with the shade of a plumeria tree. A new and up dated interior. A perfect place for a vacation. All the comforts of home Hawaiian style.

Great location, great host - no complaints!
My husband and our baby, along with our friends and their 1 year old, stayed at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place is very well equipped for a day at the beach which is especially convenient as it’s right across the street. The beach wagon was so handy. Comfortable, firm beds! Good AC. Great host- super responsive and accommodating. Nice lanai. One note is that the building does not have an elevator so if stairs are a challenge that may be tricky. Loved our stay- would easily come back!

Awesome Location
Perfect location in Kihei. 2 minutes to the beach, good restaurants, and shops! Fully equipped with all you might need for a fun and relaxing island getaway. Beach chairs, umbrella sand toys were awesome and even had a Beach Buggy to haul everything in. A/C was wonderful on the Hotter days. Free parking close to the condo, very attentive staff, and cute beach decor add value. The grounds are like botanical gardens, blooming with fragrant, colorful flowers and fruits. We’ll be back!

Perfect Condo at Perfect Location
We had such a Wonderful stay @ Paradise On Maui. The condo is located right across from a wonderful beach. Kam II has great snorkeling, and even better sunsets and also has a lifeguard on duty. No need to go any other beaches. The condo was very well appointed with all the comforts of home. Everything we needed for the beach was also provided. Chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkeling gear. There was also a beach buggy to haul everything in. The unit had a wonderful A/C system which was a treat. We will defiantly be back soon.

Great location. Nice clean space adequately furnished and with some tennis and beach gear. Two pools to choose from with good bbqs that weren’t too busy Handy parking spot. John is very helpful and quick to respond. You don’t get any sun on the lanai and can’t quite see the sunset but the neighbors had a little ceremony every evening blowing their conchs. Wonderful location!
Our family stayed at this property during our recent trip to Maui. The location of the condo was directly across the road from Kamaole II Beach. This made beach time very easy and convenient! We visited many beaches during our trip, but in the final analysis, the one we liked best for snorkeling and body boarding was the Kamaole II Beach. The house was well designed, efficient, and was well-equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our interactions with John (owner) were all excellent experiences.... great customer service and flexibility!! Really grateful for easy contact info and awesome responsiveness. Overall, a terrific stay in a perfect place!

Awesome location, great stay!
Our stay was great and we'd stay here again. The a/c was fantastic as the trade winds disappeared several nights. However, it took awhile to cool off the second bedroom even with the a/c and fans setup the right way per instructions. It worked great for the master and main room though. Had all the basics we needed, plenty of cups, silverware, plates, etc. A few days worth of consumables were provided along with a few spices, so be prepared to purchase them if you're staying longer than a few days. The beach gear was fantastic! Chairs, towels, cooler, snorkel, fins, etc. and a cart made the trip across the street to the beach a breeze!

êWe have stayed in Hawaii at least 2 times prior to this. I have been to 5 islands, and I think the islands are among the most beautiful places on earth. I had thought about retiring in Kauai.

This condo was wonderful. We stayed in one last year and we did not realize many condos have no air. We live in Ohio and have one month of hot weather and every place has air conditioning and only assumed the same in Maui. We were careful this year and this condo fit every need.

Great stay in Maui!
The condo is nice, comfortable, very well-located. We were amazed at all the "extras" that we found when we arrived: beach gear, snorkeling and sports equipment, beach towels, even brand-new boogie boards for our use. Well stocked kitchen including some food. Owner (not property manager) was very responsive by phone and text, super helpful. We loved our stay!
