Welcome to Sugar Beach 534. This coastal style oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo can accommodate 4 people. Enjoy ocean views throughout this unit & from your private lanai. Feel right at home with everything from central AC, to in unit washer/dryer, & essentials. Situated on a 6 mile stretch of white sand beach, possibilities are endless for ocean activities. The resort also features an onsite restaurant/pub, tour/rental bookings, & more. There's no better place to make your Maui memories.

Bedroom: King size bed, central AC, ceiling fan, TV, and closet space.

Bathroom: Bathroom features a walk in shower, new toilet, new single sink vanity.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar(2 stools), Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper couch, central AC, ceiling fans, dining table for 4, and sitting chair. There is a in-unit washer/dryer located near the bathroom.

Lanai: Lanai set for two with table, sun lounger, egg swing, and beach gear.

***Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. We do not stock extra and supply more than most on island hosts. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***

We do have a $60 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damage, Accidents happen, we have you covered.

It's all about the location... Sugar Beach Resort is on the 6 mile stretch of beachfront located in North Kihei. Offering amazing sunsets, swimming, kite surfing, those long walks on the beach and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning in every unit, pool and spa area, sauna, children's wading pool, gas barbecues, pub and sandwich shop, tour bookings/rentals, and free onsite parking.

North Kihei features the 6 mile long white sand beach, Sugar Beach. Farmers market, ABC store, shaved ice, bakery, and more within close proximity. Easy access to drive to Kahului, Lahaina, Wailea, and more.
