The property management company was kind, responsive, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the condo itself was unpleasant. The carpet is an old brown shag (not depicted well in this picture) that caused an odd odor. The kitchen had old painted plywood cabinets, with very old appliances. Dinnerware, cookware, drink ware, flat ware - in general were mismatched/old/worn. The microwave was installed within the wall on a shelf that was actually open into the master bedroom closet. The kitchen wall ventilation fan was installed into the shared wall therefore dumping kitchen exhaust into the master bedroom closet. The master bedroom closet was full of owner items such as rolled carpets, rugs, equipment, rusted brown scorch caked iron, ironing board in desperated need of a new cover, etc. The bathroom had 2 nice white towels, all towels beyond that were old/thin/ragged. The master bedroom tv did not work, a cable box replacement was required happening our last day. The ac did not work, repair required midway through our stay. The condo as a whole was STUFFED with over sized furniture making an already small condo seem uncomfortably compact. The balcony had very old patio furniture inclusive of many items that should have been discarded/replaced long ago (rusted tv tray, broken thermometer, rusted wall hanging, etc.). There was no beach equipment available for guests, we donated 2 beach chairs & umbrella to condo for future guest use. Electrical wiring throughout was questionable at best, it was a spider web of conduit ran up walls, over ceilings to fans and other lighting. Again, management was good. Condo was old, tired, ill equipped for guests and in desperate need of updating. It was an uncomfortable stay.
