Fully remodeled in October 2023, this custom built, detailed, upscale condo 209 welcomes you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This second-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

My wife and i had the most wonderful stay! -From the morning ocean views while sipping coffee to the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a cocktail from the varanda, we couldnt ask for more. Joe's condo was perfect for our stay! The condo is immaculate and was recently renovated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beach, the pool, grass area was perfect for our time in Maui. There are roughly 30ish food trucks within 1.5 miles of the place, a few supermarkets, etc. We can't wait to go back! Thanks Joe!

Amazing whale-front view and perfect 1 bedroom
We found the perfect base camp for our whale watching vacations! The view is second to none, with an elevated front seat to the ocean in a small scale condo, quiet and friendly. The interior is equally stunning, and very well equipped. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance, and the beach is right in front of the building with sea turtles resting there almost every night. We cannot wait to come back!

Oceanfront Perfection
This was one of the best rentals we've ever booked. Recently renovated condo is very well done with plenty of modern amenities. The highlight is it's oceanfront location, though. Sitting in the lanai right on the beach with a western sunset just can't be beat. Wish we could have booked our entire stay on Maui here.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest, best located places I have stayed
Every inch of this place has been remodeled and is located right next to the beach. Such a great experience. Within an hour of booking the property owner personally called us and provided us with the access information. The beach is a 1 minute walk and the pool is right around the corner. This property is everything the description says and then some. Beautiful furnishings. Beautiful views. And ideal location. Waking up to the sound of the ocean. Walking to great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. We didn't rent a car and one was not needed. The unit is super quiet. We met several wonderful other folks staying at the development.
