Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Beautiful condo with a great view from patio. You can see all the way to Wailea and out to Molokini. Bring binoculars during whale season and you’ll definitely catch glimpses from the patio. Kitchen is fully stocked, though we opted to eat out and support local businesses most of the time. Laundry is coin/credit card operated on the same floor. Pool is simple but my kids still enjoyed it. Pool/beach towels provided but no towel service so wash and dry in the shared laundry area. 4 beach chairs are provided which we used and walked to the nearby beach. Unfortunately given the recent storms and change in tides, the sandy beaches are completely gone. (Obviously not in the control of anyone but Mother Nature). The sandy beach shown in the pictures are no longer there, now just a rocky shore. We walked out to the main road and then back towards the beach access in order to reach the beach. Very well stocked store (808 General) next to the lobby that makes fresh food and has grab-and-go foods. Last point about the condo—I’d suggest you bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap) as there is an only a single-use supply provided. Communication with property management was quick. We had ants when we arrived and they brought ant traps at my request by the end of the day. We’ll definitely be back! Mahalo!

Our FAVORITE spot in Maui!!
The Mana Kai Maui is our favorite stay on Maui! This condo had everything our family of 5 needed to be comfortable for a week! 🙌 Keawakapu Beach is stunning and a perfect spot for all the water play for our family! The view 👌 proximity to Kihei & Wailea and their stunning beaches, eats, shops, & experiences! 👏 Can't wait to go back!
