The apartment features cool tiled flooring throughout, creating a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom ensure you stay cool during your stay, while the natural trade winds provide gentle cross breezes when the windows are open. The living room includes a large-screen Smart TV with streaming apps for your subscriptions, perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. The space comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with a sofa bed available in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

Parking is free on the residential street directly in front of the building, though please note that the parking spaces in the rear are reserved. We kindly ask guests to avoid driving up the driveway during quiet hours (9pm-8am) to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.

The property is regularly maintained, with landscaping services and quarterly pest control treatments scheduled to keep the grounds in top shape. As part of our commitment to sustainability, the building is equipped with solar panels to generate renewable energy. We encourage guests to conserve electricity whenever possible and request that air conditioning units be turned off when not in use.
