Maui Vista Top floor 2-bed condo in central South Kihei Walk to shops and beach

Aloha,
Maui is open for 2025 bookings! A beautifully renovated top floor 2 bed 2 bath, with vaulted ceilings and fantastic amenities. The unit faces Maalaea Bay and the West Maui Mountain. Elevator access to the unit makes it very convenient for all ages; parking is free, no resort fees.

Building 3 is away from the bustle of South Kihei Road, and you are in walking distance of some of Kihei’s best beaches, restaurants, shopping, and food trucks! Including our favorite ‘Kihei Caffe’ breakfast

The large open plan kitchen features a new 2024 side by side refrigerator/freezer, large sink with disposal, granite countertops, dishwasher, and an Island with seating. You will appreciate the walk-around kitchen island where many units have a smaller galley kitchen.

The kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is fully equipped for cooking any meals, and several grocery stores are nearby.

The layout is open and airy with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom on the main floor features a comfortable queen size bed, and the second story loft bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and private bathroom. The living room features a comfortable Queen Size Sleeper Sofa as well, new in 2024.

You will have a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, which is also stocked for your beach trips with boogie boards, fins, snorkels, cooler bag, beach chairs, and ‘no-sand’ microfiber beach towels. We also have tennis rackets for tennis lovers.

Two window A/C units, ceiling fans, and the top floor Maui breeze keep you cool and refreshed, and the covered lanai is perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening to watch the sunset and sunrise .

Each of Maui Vista’s 3 buildings have their own tennis courts with pickleball, swimming pool, and gas barbecue’s.

Across the street are the white sand beaches Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park.

Lots of great restaurants, food trucks and shopping within walking distance and a few minutes drive to Wailea Shopping Mall.

For Golfers, we are a short distance from the Wailea Golf Club courses and the Maui Nui Golf Club in Kihei.
