Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is located on the top row in Ho’olei, a gated community located across from the Grand Wailea Resort and Four Seasons Resorts. Ho'olei has consistently ranked as one of the top condominium destinations in Hawaii!

You will experience the essence of island culture and the height of relaxation at our villa. This includes a sparkling swimming pool with waterfalls, two hot tubs, a children’s pool with its own sandy beach, men’s and women’s saunas, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and locker rooms with showers. There is also a covered pavilion area where you can help yourself to water, tea and crushed ice. In addition, there is a refrigerator and microwave oven available at the pavilion for guests.

Maui Breeze Retreat at Ho'olei is a townhome of gracious proportion. With more than 3,300 square feet of living space that includes three bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, our townhome comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Features include:
• Four large, flat-screen Smart TVs with Roku streaming remote at each TV
• Spacious, walk-in closets
• Comfortable bedding including two king beds, a queen bed and pullout sofas
• Tranquil lighting
• Central air conditioning (2 AC units)

While on the island, our local, private concierge will guide you to the best that Maui has to offer. In addition, fee-based offerings include assistance with cooking and stocking the refrigerator before your arrival. If your guest list includes little ones, a baby crib, Pack 'n Play, high chair and stroller are available.

Wailea Beach is the closest beach and is 1/3 of a mile from our property. It is located across the street and is accessible via the adjacent resorts. You can either walk or park nearby in a free public parking lot that is located between Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resorts.

Regarding Grand Wailea Resort, though we are Kulana Club members, there are no unaccompanied guest passes available at this time. Instead, we work with local vendors and offer a beach lounge chair and umbrella set up for our guests at Wailea Beach, a favorite for many of our customers.
