Our remodeled vacation rental condo offers beautiful furniture and decor to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in paradise! Maui Vista 3202 is the perfect retreat for couples and friends looking for a relaxing and well-equipped island style getaway to explore the wonders of Maui. Our unit is on the south corner of building 3 directly above the walking path through the gardens that leads straight to the crosswalk to the beach across the street, so you'll never have to walk through the parking lots to get to the beach.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. This unit has been fully updated with top-of-the-line details and furnishings, as well as a new quiet AC system throughout. Very clean, comfortable floor plan, quiet location in the complex, many restaurants & great beach within walking distance.

Excellent property!
This property was exactly as pictured/described in the listing! Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Clear instructions for arrival and departure and the property manager was quick to respond with any questions or comments we had. This is walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants but there is ample parking. We plan on staying here again when we book our next trip.
