Remodeled in 2022, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath (largest in complex 1,036 sf) fabulous unobstructed ocean views unit is on the ground floor, a rare end unit with a neighbor on just one side, even more rare 3 separate patios, with cooling air conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans with dimmer lights - we are sure you will enjoy it! With a fully-equipped kitchen, large capacity washer/dryer auto sensor Maytag in the unit, flat-screen TVs in the living room, and primary room to enjoy, you will find total relaxation. The primary room has a California king bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional guests. Sleeps up to 4.

Step out your door and onto the beach within moments to enjoy the warm waters of South Kihei beaches or just walk in the sand watching the sunset. There is a large pool within steps of the condo. Beach and other Equipment for your enjoyment... Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, binoculars for whale watching (when in season), tennis rackets, toddler toys to use on the beach, golf clubs etc...and a cooler for your excursions!
