Cool off with central AC and utilize the state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with a Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, Wolf oven and gas cook top, and a spacious gas grill and auxiliary fridge on the lanai for island-inspired cooking events.

The private courtyard at Ho'olei features a grotto-styled waterfall pool, a baby's play beach, and a shallow-water splash feature. Immerse yourself in the tropical grotto, rejuvenate under the 19-foot waterfall, or bask in comfort poolside. Courtyard amenities include two whirlpool tubs, separate saunas for Men and Women, and high-end locker rooms in a lush tropical environment. A well-equipped fitness facility awaits with cardio, weight training, and Peloton bikes.

Please note that access to the Grand Wailea pools is not included in the rental; however, beach access and restaurants are available to all guests.

Managed by Vacation-Maui, this pristine property includes beach essentials such as beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler.

Beautiful
Beautiful, well equipped condo short walk from the pool. We stayed here with the grandparents and our two young kids over thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home! 1 min walk to the nice pool. Pool has a nice shallow pebble area for toddlers and a swim through waterfall at the pool. Walk or drive to many beaches. Easy parking for the public beaches. Home is updated and plenty of space for everyone.

Loved Wailea - quite and beautiful. Whales siting daily. About five minute walk to beach, which has spectacular snorkeling. Beautiful condo - had an issue with wifi but management quickly responded and fixed same day. Great spot!

Great location!
Great location for a Maui Vacation! We had great restaurants and shopping within walking distance and had an easy access to the island. If you can't open table reservations it was ok. We were able to get into most places with less than 45 min wait. Just call or walk up.

Excellent property
All good with this residence. Location great grounds beautiful. Had a few minor issues with air conditioning unit as was not working properly upon arrival. It took 2 days to fix. They were diligent and resolved. Key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be replaced twice. Other than those 2 minor issues would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay for a family or small group
This villa was well worth it. we found the beach across the street was among the best ones we found our entire stay time on the island. I loved that the rental included beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and beach towels. these added amenities make for a perfect worry free stay while you are in Maui, check in process is a breeze and the property management is very communicative and respond to any questions or concerns quickly. my only criticism is about the beach chairs and equipment; it is nice that these are included but we found that many of there chairs and wagon were worn out. they still did the trick but could defiantly stand to be replaced.

Eight of us from ages 52 to 82 stayed in this very nice condo for a week. This place is as pictured and is quite roomy. It has an elevator which came in quite handy for our two older girls. The one terrible thing about this place is that the humidity inside is really bad -about 73%. The beds, couch, towels and everything else made of cloth all felt wet. We turned the a/c to 73 to try and dry the place up but that did not work. There was also not enough room in the tv area to accommodate more than 5 people and we would've liked to have been able to seat 3 more. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and you might need to go there when it is windy. The condo is close enough to the beach if you are able to walk however, we were unable to use Wailea beach much because of the wind. The ocean was very rough because of it. We ended up having to travel up north to find beaches we could actually visit where the water was calm. IDK when the winds change. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of choices when it comes to dining and shopping. I would not hesitate to stay there again once they take care of the humidity issue.

Our Stay at Ho’olei Villa
The property itself is amazing. The area along with the pool was perfect for our family and friends. However, on the first day upon arrival we noticed that the air conditioning unit was struggling to keep up. On both ac unit controllers there are instructions to please keep the ac set at 73 degrees. Being respectful to the property owner/management for the first day we did so thinking that it would take some time to cool the property. After day three of the property not cooling below 80 and having a high humidity level a phone call was placed to the management company. This call was placed on Wednesday July 26. Our party arrived on July 24 and consisted of elderly adults along with adults with preexisting medical issues. The management company was helpful made no promises that the issue would be fixed. It was not until Friday, July 28 that an HVAC technician responded to the property. The technician was awesome/helpful. But with that being said I was not able to leave the property along with all of our valuables alone, so it was necessary to stay there the entire time the HVAC crew was at the property. The final diagnosis: all ac filters were clogged and needed changing. The outside condenser was filthy and need flushing. The unit itself had a Freon leak which meant there was no Freon to cool the unit. With that being said I don’t understand how the unit could be advertised as “Central Air Conditioning” without knowing the unit did not work and could not cool.

Perfect setting
The close access to the beach at Grand Wailea, the spacious kitchen & living room and the beautiful on-site pool and spa within feet of our Unit made this the perfect setting for 7 adult family members to come and go in small groups. We did have to put ALL of our unsealed food in the fridge when we found bugs in our freshly purchased bread. They were a kitchen presence throughout our stay regardless of my constant soap & water clean ups. The air conditioning was often @76 (a bit hot) even though we set it at 73. Otherwise - a really perfect place to stay!!!

Family Celebration
