Vacation on Maui in style at this extra roomy three-bedroom condo at the Wailea Grand Champions Villas. Located minutes from 5-star Wailea hotels such as the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea, this condo complex has been wowing guests to Maui for years. Drive to fantastic restaurants, beaches, golf courses, and the Shops at Wailea in minutes. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has multiple private lanais to enjoy indoor and outdoor living. Come back from a day exploring Maui and relax on the lanai with some chips and salsa (and drink).

Unwind in this condo that is decorated with modern furniture, quality kitchen appliances, granite countertops, tiled flooring, and flatscreen televisions. All four TVs are smart TVs! Only one bedroom and the living room have cable access. There is free WiFi available to guests as well as free long-distance calls. The kitchen comes complete with accessories like a blender, toaster, coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second and third bedrooms both have queen beds.

The Grand Champions has two pools and hot tubs that are easily accessible. Propane barbecue facilities are located at both pools in case you have a craving to grill up a tasty lunch or dinner. This condo is professionally managed by an on-island management company. All responses to inquiries will come from them.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect family condo!

Amazing for families!
This place had absolutely everything we needed for our family of 4. They had everything needed to cook, plenty of towels, beach toys for kids and chairs/umbrellas to borrow, and we didn’t have to worry about buying basics like soap, detergent, oil, etc. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful and relaxing stay!
Our stay was absolutely delightful! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and close proximity to stores and a beautiful shopping center. Highly recommend this home if you are a looking to stay in an area that has a lot to offer but less crowds than the Lahaina and Kanapali area.

Great location, not the greatest interior
Condo size and location were great. Stocked kitchen and beach toys were great: furniture, especially living room furniture was disgusting. We didn’t even sit in there it was so stained, that was disappointing in the evenings and our one rainy day to not have a couch we would use.

Family Vacation in Paradise
Great central location to beaches, restaurants and shops. A rare 3 queen/king beds option perfect for family vacation with grown adult kids. Vacasa was attentive to our contact while in the home. The home was as the listing states fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies. Would recommend!

Good family place in Wailea
Overall comfortable place in a good area in Wailea. The place is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The bed in the primary suite was a little lumpy and uncomfortable but everything else was good. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to the birds in the morning was lovely.

Great Location, Great Value
Exactly as described. Located within walking distance of many Wailea shops, hotels, restaurants and ocean front beach walk. The pool was right on the Wailea Blue Golf Course. We stayed 7days in the Ka’anapali area and extended our Maui vacation by 3 more days by staying at Wailea Grand Champions villas. When searching on VRBO, we came across many high cost units in the area. We felt this unit was the best value based on our search. Now that we stayed here, we were right.

Great vacation!
Our family of grandparents, adult children and grandchild found the property to be perfect for us. We were close to beaches where we spent most of our time. The unit had beach equipment we didn't expect and that was really helpful! Property was well maintained. Tammy at Vacasa was particularly helpful prior to the trip getting a sleeping situation set up for the 2 1/2 year old. Negatives: pickleball games at the nearby tennis club were annoying as we ate breakfast on the lanai. Also, we didn't realize the ac was in the main living area and another unit in the master bedroom. The 2 other bedrooms did not have ac. This was not a huge problem, but something to be aware of. Overall, a great place to stay! Thanks to the behind-the-scenes people who keep everything going!

Great 3 bedroom condo in quiet area
This 3 bedroom condo is was very clean and comfortable. It’s nothing fancy, but the location is great for short walks in the morning to a coffee shop or for some shopping during your stay. Plenty of towels and beach towels! And in the one bedroom closet, loads of beach toys, snorkel gear and beach chairs. We called the office to check if there was a playpen in the condo which they said no. But, there is one in the master walk-in closet. The window coverings in the whole condo could use an update. The outside lights from entrances shine into a couple bedroom windows and was a bit bothersome, and privacy at night was an issue. My daughter said the mattress in the bedroom beside main floor bathroom was very uncomfortable. Daughter and son-in-law woke up with sore backs during our stay. The a/c units are the older styles and fairly loud. The great points! Master bath is beautifully renovated and lots of room with the double vanities. The king bed was very comfortable. The lanai off the kitchen/living room was great! Beautiful view of greenery and private. Although, during the day, you can hear the tennis balls from the tennis court but isn't a deal breaker. If you arrive at night like us, the condo is very hard to find at night as no address number in front of building - only at entrance which happens to be around near the rear of building. Overall, i would stay here again. Although, updates would be appreciated.

Great deal for the Wailea area! Highly recommend
This was a great find for our family of 6 (3 couples) coming to the Wailea/Kihei area. Many 3 bedroom condos we were looking at that were still available at the time of booking didn’t have a 3rd bedroom that was a queen so that was a big plus at the time of booking. The condo is just as the pictures described! Pros: Beautiful location, just a short drive from the Kihei area. They provided a welcome packet/basket on arrival which was nice! Laundry available, nice pool as a secondary option to the beach, updated bathrooms and kitchen, water spout outside the door to rinse off sand, mirrors on the closet doors ended up being a good plus when the bathroom was taken and you just needed a mirror, parking was great. Guest spots are intermixed within the assigned spots. Cons: great AC in the main rooms and master but in the second and 3rd bedrooms it gets a little hot overnight but not bad and there are fans in each room. If I’m getting real picky I would maybe just update some of the sheets and towels. Some of the bath towels were on the smaller side but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The mattresses were deep mattresses and the fitted sheets were coming off the mattress. Not a big deal just something to improve, if able to over time. There were some beach chairs and an umbrella which was a big plus. The chairs you could tell were worn down a bit but not bad. Checkin was easy and there was a key code for entry which made it easy for many people going in and out. Overall a great place! Would still give it 5 stars for what we needed.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, schön gelegen und in Strandnähe. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Das einzige was man bemängelt könnnte war das morgendliche Plop-Plop der Tennisspieler von dem naheliegendem Tennisplatz. Ausserdem gab es zuwenig Besteck und Geschirr... aber da muss die Spülmaschine halt öfter laufen.

Large3 bdrm… Great Location
The location is so central to everything in Wailea. Walk to shopping and eating. Five minute drive to multiple great beaches. Large master bed and bath!! Large open flow kitchen/living/dining. Large comfortable couch. The other two bedrooms are decent size, although one is right off the kitchen and all doors on all bedrooms are shuttered so sound travels in and out. The Lenai is large and backs up to tropical plants. No one is behind you so it is quiet and private. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to Quiet pool. The landscaping throughout the property is beautifully done.
