Welcome to my renovated tropical island retreat. The charming vacation condo is conveniently located in sunny Kihei, across from a stunning white-sand beach, Kamaole Beach Park II, a short 528-foot walk from the condo's front door.

If you are looking for a convenient location coupled with an affordable price, this is the place to be. The condo is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that sleeps two people.

The Kihei Kai Nani condominium complex, a magnificently landscaped, low-rise condominium resort on the leeward, dry side of Maui, is the perfect place for a relaxing and fun-packed vacation.

Great for a romantic getaway and vacation, the designer-decorated interior features cool tile floors, ceiling fans, and a Polynesian theme. Comfortable furnishings from all over the world provide the look and feel of a time gone by in a South Seas haven. Just outside are lush flower gardens and palm trees that are home to colorful tropical songbirds.

The bathroom and kitchen are renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, tile, and fixtures. They are clean and functional, and the rental price and location make all the difference.

After a day of swimming, surfing, or relaxing on the beach, stroll to the many nearby shops and restaurants. Dine out at over ten locations nearby, or pick up groceries without having to get in your car at the local Hawaiian Moon Natural Foods, just a short 352-yard walk from the condo door.

You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. All of the tools and utensils needed to make the most elegant meals are provided. Several outdoor gas barbecues are available, two just a few feet outside the condo door. Cook at home and enjoy twilight dining on the lanai, a perfect setting for a tropical evening in paradise.

The large swimming pool with a lounging deck is nearby, approximately 150 feet from the condo. The complex is near paths, parks, and beaches for walking, jogging, and cycling. Secluded beaches for snorkeling and sunbathing are just minutes away by walking or by car. Several golf courses, such as the world-renowned Wailea Golf Club, are a short drive from the condo. To unwind and pamper yourself, there is the Wailea Massage and Body Care.

For those who enjoy dramatic scenery, Haleakala National Park, Iao Valley State Park, and the breathtaking Hana Highway offer memorable sightseeing, hiking, and exploring. In winter, humpback whales can be observed frolicking right off of Kamaole Beach Park II, across the street from Kihei Kai Nani.

You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards within walking distance from the condo. Ten restaurants, some with ocean views, are minutes away. You can take breakfast next door at Fred's and watch the ocean while you drink your morning coffee or take your dinner and watch the sunset.
