we really enjoyed this condo. We love the jungle effect off the patio, the place was super clean, my wife loved the curtains in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed is comfortable. and a short walk to the beach.

Great stay at this condo! Unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful grounds on the property. Very close to Sugar Beach which stretches along the coast for several miles and loved taking long morning walks there! Property manager was very responsive to our inquiries.

Everything as stated/listed....easily worked with property manager on Spectrum cable TV issue = solved. Kitchen updated with new appliances & well equiped with everything one needs. Nicely furnished throughout with abundance of linens, towels, etc. Comfortable and roomy for the two of us. Waher & dryer a plus.

Our stay at this condo exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having our coffee outside on our lanai every morning, listening to the birds and taking in the peaceful tropical courtyard view. The condo’s decor was also very tasteful and relaxing. Would definitely come back here again.

Overall, loved this place. Convenient location & affordable. Has everything you need ! Appreciated the chairs & boogie board/umbrella for the beaches. Was great to have washer/dryer in unit. Adventure of a Lifetime
Our rental was incredibly comfortable, quiet and private. We felt totally at home throughout our stay. The complex was well treed so that other units within the complex were not directly visible, adding to the privacy. Activities on the Island were easy to get to from this location as well as shopping locations nearby.

Spacious accommodations with kitchen and nice living room to relax. Hard to find a better place for the value in Maui. Host was very responsive with communication and answered questions when we had them. Can walk across the street to a beach but probably want to have a car to check other beaches out too that are nicer. Although the accommodations are not modern, everything in the condo is very functional. Would stay there again if visiting again.

First ever stay in Maui - just lovely!
What a lovely place to stay! The dawn chorus was just wonderful and I loved the privacy that all the lush planting afforded everyone. Easy walk to the beach, also very easy access to almost anywhere else on Maui. The condo is really well equipped, especially having a washer & dryer, it was a home from home. We saw turtles every day on Maui, at different beaches each time, so enjoy! The sunsets further down the coast from Kihei are stunning. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink too, we had the best time here. Communication with Imrana was so easy and helpful I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

A piece of paradise
We enjoyed our stay, the manager and neighbors were very friendly. The only thing is we had loud stomping upstairs neighbors other than that we enjoyed our stay. I would like to thank owner Imrana for being accommodating. Everything that is listed matched what we experienced.

My wife and I have been to Maui many times. The condo was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, bed was comfortable. The only down side was (no fault of the owner) the upstairs neighbor had very heavy feet and would (what seemed to me) run laps and move furniture around starting between 3 and 5 am. Granted I do get up early , but really?

Relaxing
My stay here was wonderful. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Although it is does not look right onto the beach, the lanai looks out onto the beautiful gardens and it is quiet and lovely. There appeared to be mostly adults in this complex which was appealing for me. I found a car was pretty much a necessity to get around the island though - to grab groceries and see the various beaches. Thank you so much for the excellent service and accommodations:) Mahalo
