Welcome to our home at Kauhale Makai 612. Our home was fully and immaculately remodeled in March of 2023. Our beautiful and pristine two-bedroom condo sits on the top (sixth floor) of the unit. The complex offers two elevators and laundry access on each floor. Our home is breathtakingly beautiful on the inside and the outside!

The inside of the 799 square foot condo boasts two custom bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a king bed, on-suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the ocean and the west Maui mountains. The second bedroom features a queen bed as well as an on-suite bathroom. Both full-size bathrooms offer custom vanities, full showers, and designer touches. Our home is equipped with central air for a comfortable stay.

The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a bar, and a table. Not a single detail has been overlooked. The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing our brand-new Smart TV.

The outside lanai is incredibly spacious and accessible from the living area or master bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee and evening dinner on the lanai as you bask in the views of the ocean and west Maui mountains. During whale season (Dec 15 - April 15) you can watch for whales by day and enjoy the sunset by night.

A short stroll away is Kalepolepo Beach Park, a small and stunningly beautiful Kihei beach. Because Kalepolepo was a historic fish pond it keeps big waves and crowds at bay. Enjoy watching turtles who love to bask on the beach’s rocks, stroll along the sandy shores, or grill up a delicious lunch.

We provide all the necessary linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.

We were so happy with our stay. It’s not easy to meet my cleanliness standard but this place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Well stocked with everything you could need. The room was perfect in almost every way. Some did say that the beds could have been more comfortable although mine seemed to suit me well. The kitchen was accessorized very well. I'm guessing that the refrigerator was not designed to last long, but that's not Joe's fault. If we return to Maui with the family again, this unit will be our first choice. Thank you for providing such a beautiful room.

This was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was quiet, the amenities were fantastic. It was clean, and very comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach. We had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Condo! The owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is in the perfect location to explore the island as well as a short walk to the beach. An Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views
This is one of my favorite vacation rentals, especially for its unbeatable ocean views from the living room and bedroom. The backyard is a paradise with beautiful trees, a sandy beach, and the sound of waves crashing—perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets. The location is excellent, just a short drive (2-3 minutes) to a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. The host is incredibly thoughtful, providing all kinds of useful amenities, even down to personal items like sanitary pads! This place truly feels like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Perfect 2 bedroom condo overlooking the water in Kihei. The condo was super clean and comfortable for our family. They provided beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler. The condo was well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable: kitchen supplies, towels, shampoo and soap etc. the location is central to make day trips to every part of the island. Do t hesitate to stay here. It’s perfect !
