Clean Comfortable Condo that is Steps to the Beach, Affordable w/Free Parking

Our condo is professionally cleaned before and after each visitor. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and we have a minimum 1 day vacancy required between visitors. Check in and check out is done with no person to person contact. Our cleaners follows hotel industry standards.

Our second floor unit is a spacious air-conditioned one bedroom with vaulted ceilings that is equipped with all you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tropical setting. We have free Wi-Fi , 2 wall hung LCD TV's, a 60" LCD smart wi-fi tv & Blu-ray player in the living room & 42" LCD tv in the bedroom. Queen size bed and dresser in the bedroom, also a convertible queen-size sofa bed in the living room for comfortable sleeping accommodations of up to 4 people. The unit also features a full size kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner stove, full size fridge & microwave. The spacious private lanai has a garden view and tropical decorations. 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella 2 boogie boards, sand castle building toys for the kids, 2 beach towels & 1 cooler are provided. Our condo is located in North Kihei across the street from Kalepolepo Beach park and whale center, The beach has calm shallow waters and is perfect for watching the sun set over the neighboring islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini and Lanai. Sugar beach is about 1000' feet away and is the longest stretch of beach on Maui perfect for long walk or nice jogs, fishing & sun tanning.

The property also features a large quiet swimming pool, hot tub, and gas barbecues.
The quiet pool with a covered seating area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical island breezes after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. Shops and restaurants are close by and you will not run out of things to do with all the activity options Maui offers.

Perfect location with everything you may need
Highlight: walking distance from the beach! So close that you could nearly see the beach & ocean from there the balcony. The area had very warm weather while we were there (mid-high 80s during the day), so keeping the windows open overnight was super helpful. In-unit washer and dryer was a game changer.

Beautiful stay
The property was easy to find from the airport. It was clean and very nice. The beach gear was really nice to have during our stay and we used it daily. There are a lot of good places near by and many beaches within walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was very responsive when i had inquiries and check out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Tropical getaway
The property and location were great. We were close to almost everything and having the beach literally out the front door was fantastic. The only miss was not having a broom to sweep up and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall a great place and a great location!!

Nice vacation
The condo complex was quiet, with a nice hot tub/pool area. It is a short drive to public beaches with lifeguards and restaurants. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

Our Maui Stay
It was a good experience. The free parking was good but a little challenging with the small parking spaces. The condo unit was clean, spacious and everything as advertised. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. A little pricey with the insurance and other fees but a nice place to stay for our short visit to Maui.

Beatiful Property Very Close To Brach
This property had everything that we needed for our stay. The unit and property are both well maintained and nicely landscaped. All guests honored the quiet hours, and we had no nuissance issues at all. If we come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nicely decorated in an hawaiian style interior. Very clean and updated.It comes with everything you need including washer and dryer. Bedroom could use a a/c unit it was a little on the warm side. but does have a/c in the front room. Nice place.

Great location!
We were very impressed with the accommodations of this property including the beach gear for use and the cleanliness. Our only complaint is that the window air unit was in the living room and did not send any cool air to the bedroom. Because it didn't cool done below 70s during our stay, it made for warm nights and uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect!

Across the street is a beach with a stone wall where turtles enter to rest and escape the sharks at twilight. Don’t miss it. The apartment great. Very clean, quiet, and well maintained.I can highly recommend staying here. Nice job, Glenn!

10 day stay- loved it. Directly across from beach where sea turtles come to rest. Beautiful and quiet- not too "touristy" and right down the street from the ABC store and Ululani's Shaved Ice. Condo was cute and comfy with many amenities- washer/ dryer, full kitchen, AC. Loved our stay here- will definitely consider staying again!

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this lovely condo. It is very spacious for a one bedroom. Also the location was great very relaxing but close enough to the restaurants, beaches, and shops in the area. With the equipped kitchen and barbeques we were able to cook in when we wanted to and eat out on the lanai. We appreciated the laundry, beach decor and beach extras (cooler, beach chairs) that we included with the condo. Thanks for an excellent stay!
