Perfect location
This place was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Maui! The location was perfect with being right on the beach and being in a central area on the island! The property did change ownership before we arrived and Tim was very accommodating and even helped with tips on food recommendations! I would absolutely recommend this place again!

Perfect spot for two!
This was a perfect condo for our Maui vacation. Great central location made it easy to get virtually anywhere on the island with our rental car. Host was very responsive and helpful; loved having access to beach gear!

Perfect Maui Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei. This place had everything we needed for an exceptional vacation including beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc.The location cannot be beat with easy access to all of Maui, and we loved walking the beach here every morning. Our host had excellent communication with us. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet getaway in the heart of Maui!
This stay was the perfect location in Kihei — right in the center on Maui and just a short drive from both sides of the island, while also providing a quiet and secluded location for my partner and I. It is the perfect size for 2 people and being only steps away from the beach makes it even better. Tim made checking in and getting settled in to our stay very easy and simple, as well as being extremely helpful and responsive — would recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway to the beautiful island!

This condo is cute & clean. The property is showing its age but it’s in a great location. The road noise from the unit is a bit loud & the mattress could use an upgrade, but it’s a good value & we enjoyed our stay.

A great stay!
My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Maui! The condo is very close to pretty much everything on the west side of Maui, and very easy to get to from the airport too. Lydia has everything you need for your stay readily available, and it was a great home base for us to tackle many day trips. Highly recommend!

Cozy getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had plenty of room to maneuver even with the Murphy bed in the down position. The unit was generous stocked with essential supplies and had a good supply of hangers and drawers. Views of the beach and mountains was amazing. Great location for access to everything . Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back again for a longer stay!

Perfect for two with everything you can think of included. 30 steps to the beach was great for morning walks. Private parking spot. Lydia is a good host thinking of everything before you arrive. Rental car suggested in Maui about 30-35 minutes to Lahaina Area. Will rent again.

Charming Sugar Beach Studio
Everything with Lydia was smooth since day one. The place was perfect for our not too short stay. We loved the location right on the beach, close to restaurants, you can only hear the sea. The place was clean, very well equipped, cozy. Perfect for two people!

Great place and location!
We loved this condo and would absolutely go back here again! The location is awesome and very central and convenient. The condo building and grounds are lovely and right on a beautiful beach. We loved the view and the décor of the place was adorable. It was perfect for my husband and I. The property manager/owner was very helpful and easy to contact. I have no complaints at all, and loved this place!

Great stay in Kihei
The area was quiet. There was lots of beach to walk and wasn’t crowded. Conveniently located near more touristy locations for day trip. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including snorkeling gear, boogie boards and cooler. Lydia was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions we had.

Anniversary Trip
The property had just changed owners before our trip and Tim helped tremendously to make sure the transition was smooth. He was available and easily contacted for any issues. The unit is in a very centralized location for sightseeing! I do recommend renting a jeep and touring on your own! So many beautiful sights to see and memories to make! Relaxing our minds and souls is what it was all about! It was ACCOMPLISHED!❤️

We enjoyed the condo for our trip trip to Maui! It was great to be so close to the beach and a short drive from downtown Kihei. The condo was very clean and many amenities were thoughtfully provided to us. We loved using the boogy boards on the beach! I would recommend this condo to anyone else, especially for the value. Very cute studio with everything you need.
Clean, comfortable studio with everything you might need for your Maui vacation, including washer/dryer & full kitchen. Steps from Sugar Beach. Beautiful grounds. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Lots of road noise but it can be countered with use of white or brown noise or other calming sounds.

Loved Our Stay
My wife and I had a great time staying at this property. Our host was very kind and very accommodating. We couldn’t appreciate her any more. The location itself is last in line in a string of condos so the beach basically felt private. We’ve read two reviews complaining about traffic noise but didn’t notice that in the slightest. All we heard was the ocean and the breeze. It’s well worth the stay and we would do it again tomorrow, if we were able to.

The unit accommodations are great and very well stocked (best prepared VRBO I've stayed at). The road noise and AC noise were very loud. And, I was sad to see there was no real view of the ocean/sunset from the lanai. However, a short journey to the pool /grass/ and beach area easily provided the view and experience we wanted. Great value!

We had a great stay at this studio located right on the beach. The location is very convenient and is located near many touristy areas. With the fold down bead it was a tight fit with little extra space, but still totally doable with two people. There is a nice dresser to put you cloths in. It’s stocked with all the essentials, including bench chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie board, and small cooler. I did find the amount of cleaning we were asked to do before leaving strange with there already being an expensive cleaning fee for a small place. Overall a great trip.

Nice little spot
Lydia’s place was great and had everthing we needed in a place to crash every night after busy days exploring the island! It also has an outdoor shower to rinse all the sand off (inevitable on an island) and it’s own parking spot which was really great. Most of the unit was quite clean, though I did notice the shower could use a bit more of a deep clean. Lydia was very responsive which was helpful! The downside would definitely be the road noise and the wind noise, it was SO windy it was squealing through the windows and shaking the door to the stairs which is next to the condo (we did our best to close it but it doesn’t close all the way). I would have liked to enjoy the patio but it was much too loud and windy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location and cute studio apartment but problems
Be aware that the 5th floor studio apt. in the apartment complex is very close to the road and has lots of early morning traffic that even with the sliding door to the lanai closed requires the fan of the AC turned to its highest setting to not be awakened by the road noise. If you have a white noise system bring it to help you sleep, as we did. The apartment complex has a very picturesque setting and is right on a great walking beach. This area, just north of Kihei, is not really near restaurants or stores, unlike the Kaanapali area in West Maui, so expect to drive 10 minutes or so to the busy areas. For our stay there were a number of appliances and screen door issues that Lydia was addressing while we were there and will probably take some time to complete all the repairs/ replacements. Also be aware, as mentioned in the site details, it is a Murphy bed with an OK mattress, so you'll have a reasonable amount of floor space when it's closed up. Even with the problems we have fond memories of our one week stay.
