Following the fires on Maui that caused a path of destruction and devastation, fortunately, only portions of West Maui (Lahaina) are closed to visitors. The Governor of Hawaii and Mayor of Maui have stated that Maui is open, and in need of tourists to help keep the local economy running. If you are considering a trip to Maui, please know that you are welcome. Our condo is located in Wailea, which is in South Maui. We would love to help keep our cleaners, handyman and property reps all busy with steady incomes, along with local businesses and restaurant workers alike.

Welcome to paradise! At a time when there was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Until that time comes, we would love to share our home with others. Located at Grand Champions Villas, this beautiful, well-kept condo, with a front row view of fairway #2 on the famous Wailea Blue golf course, along with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai, makes it the perfect place to enjoy the famous Maui Sunsets while dining on your own private lanai.

Large, one-bedroom unit, 2 full bathrooms with a comfortable sofa bed in living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals while away from home. Dining room table seats 6, lanai/patio table for 4. All the comforts needed to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom. Free wifi, cable, and parking. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQs are available for guest use.

Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance. We love to walk the paved Wailea ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

We love the quiet Wailea area, and the beautiful surroundings that make Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination. We know you’ll love it too.

Beautiful property
Fantastic place in Paradise Maui. Beautiful property close to beaches, walks and shops. We watched extraordinary sunsets from our lanai, listened to birds and completely relaxed at Waleia Beach snorkelling and swimming.

Peaceful Getaway
We had an incredible time and pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. The view of the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We especially enjoyed our morning walks along the beachside and the shops of Wailea. This unit is definitely worth booking.

Stayed here intentionally to experience golf and garden views vs traditional beach view. We really enjoy the peacefulness and had fun watching golfer play Blue course hole 2. Unit is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of shops, golf, tennis and Pickelball clubs. Very quiet and lovely views.

Wonderful condo in Wailea
This is a comfortable unit in the Wailea Grand Champions resort overlooks the second hole of the Wailea Blue Course and has wonderful views of Lanai and the west side of Maui. Close to the beach and The Shops at Wailea, Wailea golf courses, and Kihei. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location with a beautiful view
We enjoyed our stay at this well located condo. The owner, Jackie was very helpful and communicative. She mentioned they are looking to do a kitchen renovation which would be a welcome addition. Also would love some chefs knives for cutting and slicing but not a big deal. Would definitely recommend this condo.
