Beautiful sand beach, breathtaking sunsets, and remarkable ocean views await you at our well appointed oceanfront condo.

Our beachfront condo is located on a quiet beach and is just a short walk (within a block or two) from shops, restaurants, grocery store, post office, a church, and medical care.

This third floor one bedroom unit features comforts such as a well equipped kitchen, plenty of top quality towels and linens, and your very own private lanai. It's located in a small well maintained beachfront complex that offers its guests a safe and relaxed setting to enjoy your vacation.

Unit is also stocked beach gear including a cooler, and beach chairs.

We also offer free in unit WIFI and Free long distance to Anywhere in the US and Canada.

Honestly might be my favorite place I ever stayed. Me and my wife did a couple nights during our honeymoon and we were able to travel the whole island as well as eat out in town every night and come home to an amazing sunset. Highly recommend

The view of the beach and the sunset each day was wonderful. The location was convenient for several sightseeing excursions to the rest of the island. The property was clean and in very good condition, with local dining and shopping and grocery options all within easy walking distance.

Nice unit, great location
Enjoyed a few days here. Unit is as described and provides what you need. The location is prefect, spent hours watching whales, and generally relaxing on the lanai. Good pool and the easiest access to the beach. Only thing to note is it is a three story walk up but the stairs aren’t that bad, even for an older person like me with bad ankles.

Great place for a Maui vacation
The property is as described, the views from the lanai are amazing. To see the sunsets you can do that from the lanai or walk a very short distance to the beach. The area is quiet and family oriented, so no noisy people around. I would stay there again if possible.

Location is wonderful and close to markets, restaurants and the beach, all walkable. Amenities in the condo all work well and are very comfortable, especially the recliners! Appreciate the dimmer for the bath lighting and the freezer drinkware.

Wonderful location!
Clean and well stocked condo. A little outdated but fine for what we needed. Beautiful sunsets every night! Beautiful long beach for walks. Water not as swimmable as we were hoping due to large lava rocks but still nice. Great pool. Great central location to venture to other spots from. Kihei is a neat little town. Would highly recommend!

Good location for nice sunsets
Good location to walk to food and shopping. The sunsets were very nicely framed over the ocean with palm trees and gorgeous light. Overall priced seemed a little steep given the size and worn condition of the unit but the owners have made arrangements for upgrades that will help.

Couldn't ask for a better ocean front view!
From the moment we stepped out on to the balcony our daily stresses melted away. While the building is a bit older we had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Soft, comfortable bed, cozy yet spacious living area, nice kitchen, and even had backpack beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, and a boogie board! There is a beautiful sparkling pool as well but never needed since the beach here was calm and warm 😀 The owners and management were gracious hosts! We cant wait to come back, I can't think of anywhere else we would stay.

View, view, view but very dated.
We had a great week, we spent all of our time on the Lanai. The view makes everything else easy to overlook. I’d love to be able to remodel/ upgrade this little gem.

Location and patio view are both amazing
Check in process was extremely easy and the location could not be beat. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was great. Location, access to beach and view from patio could not be beat. The condo worked great for our needs. The AC unit is in the living room, there is no AC unit in the bedroom itself. They do have tower fans and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and windows that can open but it was still warmer than we are used to.

Nice location, but need an upgrade
Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. Bathroom is old , need an upgrade, toilet very low and small , shower from the seventy’s, not possible to adjust hight , come out at breast hight . Bed is very small but comfortable, linen are only polyester no cotton , nit nice at 88 degrees.
