Step inside and find the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area forming the heart of this cosy retreat. Sink into the two large and comfortable sofas, surrounding a toasty wood burner - a delightful addition during cooler seasons. Catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV (for subscription TV such as Netflix or Prime don't forget to bring your login details) or lose yourself in a book from the provided collection. The dining table, extendable to accommodate up to six guests, is adjacent to the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances. From the oven and electric hob to the fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, every convenience is at your fingertips. Complimentary tea and coffee await your arrival, offering a worm and refreshing start to your stay.
Upstairs, find the family bathroom with a three-piece suite and a shower over the bathtub.
The first bedroom, located next to the bathroom, boasts a comfortable double bed with wonderful views of the nearby fields, where horses gracefully roam. Ideal for families or friends, the second twin bedroom features two single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers - offering a cozy and inviting space to recharge. The master bedroom is a true haven of relaxation, with a luxurious king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and French doors leading onto the expansive balcony. You'll find fresh white bedding and towels provided, including a hand towel and bath towel for each guest.
The large, private and secure garden with its beautifully maintained lawn and a picnic table can be accessed from the rear door. Fenced for your peace of mind, the garden offers a safe space for your pets to roam. You'll find space for two cars on the gravelled section beneath the balcony, with additional parking available opposite the lodge if needed. You will have access to the entire lodge during your stay. Access to my property is via a shared drive which takes you to Parc Y Bryn estate. Parc Y Bryn Lodge can be seen clearly at the top of the drive.
I won't be around in person however I have help managing my property with a professional co host. Parc Y Bryn Lodge is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self-check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Catherine & Ainsley at Pass the Keys live locally and will also be on hand to support you during your stay should you need them.

Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
My property is managed by Pass the Keys. They provide 24/7 guest support as well as local personal service before and during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding is provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Other items include a washing up sponge, one toilet roll per bathroom and kitchen roll (These are complimentary so do not expect these to be in excess as they are only to start your holiday off as the accommodation is self-catering).

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
