"We had a great stay over New Year’s Eve. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were excellent. The spa facilities were on the small side and lacked a decent space to sit, but we still very much enjoyed them. The only let down, as others have said in reviews, is the food. It felt basic in comparison to the rest of the facilities and service received elsewhere."

"This was a one night stay on New Year’s Eve. As anticipated with this brand everything was up to standard. No complaints with the hotel or staff. Only negative point was the car parking charge of £13 and no public/shuttle service to the airport. Taxi would have been £30 round trip, without a car. Both above points are outside the hotels control. Otherwise very enjoyable."
