Situated on a quiet street behind Kiawah’s second security gate, the newly constructed home at 233 Glen Abbey, recently featured in the upscale home & lifestyle magazine, The Scout Guide, is within a stroll or bike ride to Kiawah’s ten-mile beach and enjoys spectacular views of Turtle Point golf course’s no. 12 green.
From the covered front porch, a handsome arched mahogany entry door opens into the front foyer, gallery, great room, and swimming pool beyond. Comfortable and understatedly elegant, the home is dressed throughout in Caribbean heart pine flooring, three-piece crown and cove moldings, natural brick veneers, and reclaimed woodwork, and stone- and porcelain tile-appointments.
The great room features 10-foot ceilings with hand-hewn beams, a large brick hearth gas fireplace, and custom built-in shelving crafted of reclaimed timbers. Open to the dining room and kitchen, the great room’s floor-to-ceiling windows and doors open out to the covered loggia, deck, and pool. There are lounge chairs by the pool as well as a table under the loggia for dining outdoors. Gas grill also provided. Pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day (4 day minimum).
The gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf® six-burner range with custom copper hood, and plenty of counter space for meal prep.
Private and luxurious, the first-floor master suite offers hardwood flooring, 10-foot ceilings, crisp trims and moldings, two large walk-in closets, room for a sitting area, and oversized windows and doors that open out to a private porch overlooking the deck and pool. The stone-appointed master bath features double vanities, frameless walk-in shower, and a claw foot tub.
Upstairs, a second master suite with private covered deck, plus three additional en suite bedrooms offer family and guests every convenience and comfort. One bedroom has two queen beds, and the other two guest bedrooms offer a single queen.
The third floor is a great spot for the kids or teens to hang out, there are a total of four twin beds and ample space as well as a convenient half bath located right in the room.
Additional features of this home include a first-floor laundry room with commercial-grade washer and dryer; second floor laundry with Bosch® washer and dryer and an elevator for ease of access throughout the home.
No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
