A scenic 12 minute bike ride or 3 minute hop in the car will get you to the beach. An ideal respite from the everyday hustle and bustle!

12 Falcon Point is meticulously maintained, furnished and boasts 4,554 sq ft of exceptional living space comfortably accommodating 10 guests. Highlights include high-end furnishings and wonderful outdoor spaces, a private pool, forever marsh views and expansive decks for year round al fresco enjoyment. The main living area is located on the 2nd level, with bedrooms on the first and third floors.

1st Floor: 3 bedrooms with private baths (1 king, 2 doubles, 2 doubles), a cozy den with sliding door access to pool and deck, and a laundry area. One full bath conveniently connects to the hall, just off the pool area.

2nd Floor: Main living area with flat screen TV, formal dining with seating for 10 and spacious kitchen with upgraded appliances. Outdoor living room/screened porch includes a built-in grill station. Balconies span both sides of the home. Powder room located on this level.

3rd Floor: Master Suite with king bed, TV, sitting area, his and her vanity, walk-in tiled shower, Jacuzzi tub and private balcony. Twin bedroom located just across the hall.

The Vanderhorst Plantation is a private paradise nestled between East Beach Village and Ocean Park on Kiawah Island with some of the finest Kiawah Island rental homes. This tranquil plantation boasts maritime forests, marshlands and lagoons, beautiful stretches of beaches and an abundance of wildlife away from the crowds for a true barrier island getaway.

You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Kiawah Island’s championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Osprey Point Golf Course and Peter Dye’s Ocean Course, or a short drive away from Turtle Point or Cougar Point Golf Course. Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
Pool Access: Private saltwater pool at home may be heated for additional charge with 1 week advance notice. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach parking is located just beyond the fire station on Ocean Course drive, using Boardwalk 40 off Sand Fiddler Ct.

Spacious house
Lots of room for everyone with grill in covered porch. Most bedrooms on entry floor and master on 3rd floor with an extra bedroom next to it. Well thought out main living area in between on 2nd floor. Plenty of decks and porches for relaxing and contemplation. Most everything in good running order. Great spot, about a 10 minute bike ride from the beach.
