Offering the most amazing views of the Osprey Point Golf Course, the Charlotte House at 720 Glossy Ibis has everything you need for a stay draped in radical relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment you arrive at this home folded into the mature and meticulous Kiawah landscape, a calm and sense of peace will settle over you.

Inside, plentiful light, white spaces peppered with soothing hues from sand and sea carry throughout. You will relish gathering in the thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed kitchen, which spills gracefully into the living room, dining room, and outdoor living space.

Step just outside the doors and into the stunning infinity pool, where you can quietly observe the gentle sway of the backyard’s palmetto trees while taking in glorious golf and scenic views. Beautifully decorated and boasting an array of extras, such as an oversized soaking tub, expansive driveway with plenty of parking space, elevator and 220V charging station in the garage, you can leave all of your cares behind while you are a guest in The Charlotte House.

As our guest you will be near the 5 Championship Golf Courses on Kiawah, which includes the home of 2021 PGA- The Ocean Course; The #1 ranked tennis resort by Tennis Resorts Online, Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; The Sanctuary Spa- a Forbes 2021 5star destination; dining, shopping and so much more. Located 40 minutes from Charleston, the South’s most charming city, and one hour from the airport you will feel removed from the world but never be too far from endless options to entertain.

Our local property management staff will be available to you in case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable in the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking upon availability. Guests do not have access to resort pools. Once you have booked with us you will receive an email with detailed instructions about property access, resources, and amenities. We will make every effort to ensure the highest level of communication, so you are able to seamlessly enjoy all this wonderful home and community offer!

Great space for a family vacation
Plenty of space for a family of 10 from grandparents to a 9 year old. Well appointed spacious kitchen great open feeling. Bathrooms very good, fabulous bathroom in master suite. Kids excited when they saw the bunk room.i would recommend a grab bar in the master shower and deck umbrellas. We all really enjoyed the house.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this home. It is new, beautiful, and amazingly well-cared for. Upon entering, the house was spotless and you could tell recently thoroughly cleaned. Everything was in working order and ready for our stay. I absolutely love renting from Charleston Island Rentals. They are always in touch about the check-in and check-out process and if you need any assistance in the home they are always there to help immediately. The best rental company on Kiawah, BY FAR. This home would be perfect for friends or family and we hope to stay there again!

We spent a week on the island in this beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home has everything a large group needs. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, swimming in the pool while watching golfers on hole three of the osprey course. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The screened porch was delightful. Having an elevator was so nice as well. The weather was incredible for early June. Highly recommend Kiawah Island and this home. Robin was a delight to work with. We also used the grocery delivery and it was fantastic. Although a bit pricey, having the groceries there upon arrival was so wonderful. What a way to begin your stay.

Wonderful home with incredibly responsive and communicative management team. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or home, and we can only hope we were as kind of guests to the home as the management team and space was to us. The property was great. The house has everything you will need. The only problem we had was that the pool was not properly heated. My advice is if something does not seem to be working correctly contact the property manager immediately. The agency gave us 3 days of credit related to the specific cost we were charged to heat the pool so I was satisfied. I highly recommend this property. The area is beautiful and the house was in exquisite condition. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I was hesitant at the expense of this property but it was worth every penny. It had so much space for a group of 10 adults to be together comfortably. The additional refrigerator and icemaker were so convenient. The bathrooms and bedrooms were huge and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and was perfectly organized. It made the trip!
